Chapter 18 - Devotee

Through the eyes of one of the devotees, Raj was watching a dreadful scene.

An enormous lion, weighing up to 690 pounds and measuring up to 11 feet long from nose to tip of the tail, brutally breaks the neck of an older man and then tightly licks its mouth.

The blood of the victim was continuously running from its mouth.

Roar!!!

Upon hearing its roar, the people who came to defend their village immediately ran away except for one person.

The one person was the devotee where his consciousness had descended.

Raj could see a huge lion with the tip of a fire in its tail; besides, there were two hefty tusks on its bloodstained mouth.

Suddenly, the huge lion fiercely glanced at the victim, who was still standing beside a tree.

"Run!" Raj instantly yelled in the devotee's mind.

However, the person is still motionless while mumbling some words in a low voice.

"I will kill you...you kill my grandpa...I will kill you...you kill my grandpa..." 

Upon listening to the continuous curse of the person. Raj guesses the identity of the person.

This dumbhead!

The person's eyes were fearless, and there was a hint of foolishness in his every action as if he didn't have any brain.

On the other side, the huge lion was Majesty approaching his prey as if it had found an interesting toy.

"Stupid run!" Raj again yelled in the dumb person's mind.

Still, there was no response or reaction from him. He keeps chanting useless words in a low voice.

"He is an idiot; I can't save him. Besides, I think that without the command function, I can't transmit my voice to his head." Raj asserted.

However, suddenly he thought something upon noticing his fearless eyes.

'A dumb and fearless person isn't this type of people has the strongest belief, and they are easy to manipulate.' Raj thought to himself.

"I couldn't let him die; he can work as my foundation to establish more faith in my devotees."

Raj quickly made a decision and used a blessing on him.

"Bless him the talent for climbing trees."

Raj immediately clicks on Confirm. Subsequently, he commands a simple line that costs him 300 FP.

When the huge lion was just 15 meters away from John.

"Great Mountain G-God!" Abruptly a tear fell from John's innocent eyes.

His sanity told him that God is always with him. Always protected him from danger.

Without thinking anything, John instantly ran towards a big tree. He doesn't care about what will happen after climbing the tree. In his mentality, the Father, the Great God order is absolute.

His Grandpa once told him, the one who always protected them, the one who was always with them, is the only one we can trust.

So…

John will trust the one, the one who is always with him, The Great Mountain God.

Upon seeing its prey escaping from its Claw, the huge lion quickly leaped towards John.

Roar!!!

Since John was close to the tree, and he received the blessing of the Great Mountain God, he displayed extraordinary ability to climb the tree instantly. 

Roar!! Roar!!!

Watching its prey fiercely staring at it without any fear, the huge lion again roared at him as if it was telling him to come down from the tree.

"Nice, he may be dumb, but his body physique is excellent," Raj murmur to himself; he was pleased upon seeing that the huge Lion is similar to the Lions of Earth.

Both of them can't climb a tree.

Suddenly, Raj heard a notification.

Raj's eyes immediately glowed after setting the notification.

True Devotee is the stage of the Devotee that the Supreme Realm System sets up.

There are four stages of Devotees a God has - first stage, second stage, third stage, and fourth stage.

The first stage of Devotee is called Material Devotee. 

At this stage, they are simply attracted by the preliminary process of worshiping the Deity in the temple. Material devotees are more attached to material benefit than transcendental profit.

The Second Stage of Devotee is called Swallow Devotee. 

They have less faith in their God. They may doubt their God's decision. 

The third Stage of Devotee is called True Devotee. 

At this stage, the Devotee could see the personality of Godhead. They see everything in relation with their Lord, and the Lord present in everyone's relation. They genuinely believe in their God.

The fourth Stage of Devotee is called Absolute Devotee. 

Their emotions for their God intensify to the point of spiritual ecstasy. Finally, one awakens pure love for their God, which enables one to speak with God and to live and enjoy with their God eternally. Supreme perfectional stage of Belief. Each order of their God is absolute.

Raj currently has 400 Material devotees, 96 swallow devotees, and two true devotees.

One of the True Devotees is John. It was the reason why Raj picks the string that connects him to Raj and genuinely saves him.

Raj gazed at John and nodded his head. In his eyes, John is the perfect person that can increase his Faith Points quickly.

15 minutes Later…

Seeing that its prey won't come down soon, the huge lion decided to take its leave with its food.
