1 CHAPTER 0: ADVENT

12:00 noon..

City of saints

in a living room, sitting lazily on a couch I watched as my siblings argue over who holds right to the remote, finding it funny since being with my family, fighting with my brothers, arguing in the fun of things is the only solace I could find in this otherwise bleak and lonely world. wondering in my mind how everything ended up like this I sigh. you know, I used to be fun, I used to play around, heck back in highschool I was one of the pioneers who led my class out of their back water thinking to have a fun filled high school life. sighing again I shift my attention out the window, noticing that the sky was not the usual color it normally. it was not the usual blue covered by clouds, but rather a deep strange purple. Now one would be obliged to think that I'd find this strange, creepy, or scary, but oddly enough, I felt nothing, exactly, NOTHING. it did not bother me in the slightest that they sky was how it was, but, watching as the sky got darker, and darker, and DARKER. something withing me started bubbling, I could feel it, I could feel my heart that had stopped beating in excitement jolt, I could feel my blood pumping, I could feel the hairs on my body raising, No, not in fear but..... "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA"... IN EXCITEMENT!!!!!!!.....I laughed, ohh I laughed, I laughed so hard my siblings got startled and started giving me weird looks, I laughed till the point of tears, and it was when my siblings started getting worried and we're about to ask me what's wrong that it happened...

Everything stopped, the birds in the sky stopped stopped, the chirping of their beautiful melodies stopped, the cars in rush hour stopped, the world stopped as if it was placed on pause my higher power. And then...

CRACK....CRACK....CRACK..

Fractures appeared in the sky, spiderweb-like cracks appeared in the sky, spreading for what felt like the whole of the world. I watched in strange anticipation, I watched as I felt a warm current overwhelm me in this paused reality, like the warmth of returning home, I watch as the sky cracked and fissured until finally....

BOOM

it shattered completely and with that the resumption of the world... but ooh no.. No No No.. it was not the world that stopped that restarted, it was a different world all together, I watched with a predatory grin and anticipation in my heart as the ADVENT of what promises to be an entertainment filled world.... BEGAN
