His face had turned almost predatory now as he grinned, "100 Points is still points, so listen up. Explaining all of this to newbies grants 100 Points. Also, look at your wrist."

I did, and noticed for the first time I had a black watch on my right wrist. A watch that wasn't mine. There was a countdown, 12:00:43, as well as six names.

Becky, Cal, Travis, Ross, Natalie and Tobin.

Each of the names were green, and if my memory wasn't faulting me, those were the characters from the movie.

The teen said, "This is a protection mission, so it means we have to protect these characters, and the more who survives, the more Points we will earn. Killing them, on the other hand, will deduct Points from you. Killing fellow players will also result in a 1000 Points deduction."

This was… interesting.

The teen looked ready to leave, but I had questions. Before I could ask them however, the other guy who had first mentioned Stephen King abruptly got up, asking, "Will you be protecting us?"

The teen sneered, replying, "Why would I protect dead weights? You all dying would do me more good than bad, as it would lower the rating for my next mission."

The young man was quick to show his worth however, "I have important information about the characters and the movie!"

The teen stopped, and I narrowed my eyes at the speaker. We had the same objective, it seemed. However, he didn't have my reservations about the teen.

"Speak then?"

The young man sent me a glance, probably afraid I would speak first, and quickly uttered, "One of the people we have to protect, Ross, is the one who will turn against the other characters. Also, every character in the movie dies at least once, and is shown to have died an infinite number of times inside the field, as time is distorted. If we start the mission by the start of the movie, then we may have to protect the characters' first lives in our point of view, so we need to know the right order."

He was out of breath by the time he finished, but he had successfully gotten the teen's attention as he asked, "What's your name?"

The young man smiled brightly as he replied, "Jonathan."

The teen nodded, "Call me Hunter then."

Jonathan nodded excitedly, scrambling off the bench as he followed the Hunter. Looking down at my watch, the counter had reached 12:00:09, and we all could tell something was about to happen.

As the seconds passed, Hunter said one last thing, "Spoiling anything to the characters will deduct you 10 Points for every sentence. And finishing the mission with negative Points means death."

And as he said that, the counter reached exactly 12:00:00, and the door of the church was opened by a guy. He had short, oily hair, and he looked just as surprised to see them as they were to see him.

Since Jonathan and Hunter were the closest to him, he asked them, "Sorry, I didn't mean to intrude, I…"

He stopped what he was saying however as Hunter walked right past him, completely ignoring him, with Jonathan quickly following after him.

The young man looked confused, so I got up from the bench, and offered, "Come in, we have to talk."

The young man, whom I recognized as Travis, still looked confused, but after hesitating for a moment, his eyes landed on the pregnant girl in our group, and his eyes softened as he nodded and walked in.

This spurred some of the silent ones in the group to move, getting up from their benches. I quickly said, "Don't leave, that also includes you."

They looked at me with doubtful eyes, and one of them, a greasy fat guy who had rat eyes, asked, "Why should we listen to you? You're just like us!"

Having said that, he walked towards the exit, followed by most of our group. Soon, only seven of us were left in the church. Travis, military guy, pregnant girl, an old woman with graying hair and a middle aged man in a business suit.

Travis looked even more confused than before, so after thinking over my words, I said, "You are here to search for someone, aren't you?"

Travis looked shocked, but he still nodded. As for me, I carefully watched my watch, and seeing no point reduction, I understood a little more about the spoiler system.

"How did you know?"

I smiled and pointed outside, "Didn't you see all the cars outside? We are all here for the same reason. Someone we know disappeared, and our search led us here."

Still no point reduction, meaning that if we could justify our knowledge, there was no point reduction. Or what I said wasn't considered close enough to the plot to be considered a spoiler.

Gulping as I had never had so many people listening to me before, I added, "You probably noticed whoever you are searching for has left their car in front of the church. We-"

I was abruptly stopped by the sound of a large explosion, followed by a bip from my watch.

Two of the names, Cal and Caroline, had turned red.

Any semblance of calm now gone, Travis ran outside, followed by the other players. Me included.

Stepping outside, we all had the same expression of shock as we saw the scene outside.

Just like in the movie, the front of the church was practically a car graveyard. And opposite the church, beyond the road, was the infamous field.

But standing in front of said field was Hunter and Jonathan. And more importantly, all the grass in front of them had been obliterated, to the point it almost looked like a train had run through the field.

My gaze moved to Hunter however, as I had a hunch, like the rest of the players, he was at the origin of the explosion. Looking at the players who had left the church earlier, now left standing on the road, I felt my guess was right as they were all looking at Hunter with shocked faces.

"What the hell?"

Travis was the most oblivious out of all of us, but he was still shocked as he had seen the field in good condition before. Stepping next to him, I said, "Look at the field, Travis."

Not that he was looking away from it, but in the next few seconds we all saw as new grass quickly started spurting from the ground.

Hunter looked angry, and ran in so fast he disappeared from sight, leaving a dumbfounded Jonathan, who then ran after him.

As for us, we were left reeling in shock at the display of might. Of course, Hunter had told us he was strong, and showed a glimpse of his strength, but this was on another level.

He didn't look like he had any weapons on him, yet he had done more damage than a tank could have ever done. Hell, it looked like Saitama or All Might had punched the field.

This, however, had given me an opportunity, which I was quick to use.

"As you can see, there is more to the field than it seems. Something supernatural."

This most probably would have been seen as a spoiler by the game, but since Travis was able to see the field regrow by himself, so this shouldn't be considered as a spoiler.

Travis gasped for a moment, before asking, "Who was that?"

Shrugging, I replied, "Don't really know, and it doesn't really matter. What matters, is that entering this field is very dangerous. Are you ready to take this danger to save the person trapped inside?"

I asked him, but I already knew the answer.

"Yes! If we team up, I'm sure we will be able to find everyone we are looking for."

He spoke with such conviction that it was honestly a little moving. However, he turned to look at our pregnant teammate, and said, "Maybe not everyone should come in though…"

My smile receded a little as I shook my head. Something I had not told anyone yet, and that Jonathan seemingly hadn't realized, was that we were within the rock's domain since the very start of the mission.

At the end of the movie, Tobin, the little boy, and only real survivor from those who entered the field, was teleported out of the field into the church we started in.

If the field could teleport someone within the church, then it made sense the area between the two was under the rock's influence too, meaning that staying behind was not really an option.

The most probable outcome would be a forced entry into the field.
