3 Chapter 3 Passed Away And Sealed

Kaguya built a dimension, where she and I lived along with Aino who was still working as our servant. I would occasionally go outside into the village made by the people who came with us.

They settled down near the world tree. After Kaguya ate the Chakra fruit it stopped taking energy from the world and instead started releasing its excess energy into the land near it making it lush green and fertile. It became a Farmer's dreamland. Her appearance also changed she now had two horns and a Rinne Sharingan appeared in the middle of her forehead. The most important thing was she became even more beautiful.

I would often go to the village to learn how to take care of my pregnant wife and bring fresh produce cultivated by the farmers. Kaguya started becoming tipsy as she was currently in her sixth month. I tried to tease her by touching her horns once but it immediately turned into domestic violence when I first touched them.

I was currently strolling through the village when a person came towards the village panting. He was a guard who was keeping a lookout for wild beasts. He told us that the village we were previously living in was destroyed by a neighbouring land.

When I heard this I chuckled and calmed everyone down and reassured them as long as I am here no one would dare to enter this land. The villagers were upset because that was the place where they grew up but quickly came out of it after a few hours and went on with their lives.

Those retainers were bound to be destroyed the moment they asked me to leave. I was the only deterrent that stopped enemies from trying anything funny. Now that I left the place they all placed their greedy eyes on the territory.

"Kaguya I am back". I said and went ahead to hug but she kicked me away the moment she noticed that I wasn't going away.

" Ahhh! dear wife, are you trying to kill your husband?". Her mood swings were getting more and more violent.

"Keep your hands to yourself" and hugged me after sitting beside me.

'You succubus I will get my revenge' I said with a sneer on my face which turned into a warm smile as Kaguya fell asleep in my arms. I took her to the bed and laid her down gently and covered her with a blanket and slept with her.

After a few months, Kaguya safely gave birth to twins both boys. We named them Hagoromo Otsusuki and Homura Otsusuki. I decided to give them my wife's family name and as I didn't have a family name myself I went ahead and took my wife's family name for myself. From that day on I became Tenji Otsusuki.

A Year Later

Hagoromo and Homura were growing up just fine. They both could walk and talk. I just spent my time with my wife and showered her with love.

I spent most of my time with my family. Happily enjoying every little moment. As my family work was done I had to change my focus to something else. So I seriously started learning about chakra and asked Kaguya to share some with me. After another year of using chakra and learning about it, I became depressed, to say the least.

I found something that disturbed me to the core. My life force was becoming less and less by the day. At the rate, it was depleting I had only a few years in my hand. I tried to use chakra but my body inherently started rejecting it and started damaging my body.

I was stuck between two choices. Do I tell this to my wife? Or not?

If I tell her she will be sad and will be like that until my last days thinking of my death at every moment. I didn't want to lose the precious smile she currently showed to me.

But if I don't tell her she may not be able to take it when it hits her and may do something crazy. I walked towards our room deep in thought. I do know that bastard of a God gave me four wishes and only my third wish was fulfilled. I don't know what to do and could only rely on my fourth wish hoping that at least it could be fulfilled.

I went inside my room and sat on the bed. I found Kaguya who just put little guys to sleep and walked towards me.

"What happened?" She looked at me and asked with questioning eyes. Kaguya must have felt my emotions.

I didn't answer her and looked away avoiding her gaze. I didn't know what to do. My heart was in turmoil and my thoughts were a mess.

"Tenji tell me what happened?" She didn't give me a chance and locked me firmly in my place. This conversation would come sooner or later So he steeled his heart and told her about his situation.

When she heard what I said she had tears flowing out of her eyes. But snapped out of it when a thought hit her head. She then looked at him and. thought 'I have already prepared myself for this when I married Tenji. This was bound to happen sooner or later '.

" Tenji I can bring back the dead so you don't have to be sad we will be together forever". and hugged Tenji tightly.

"Really?" I forgot that Rinnengan had those powers.

"Yes, we will be together forever". They spent their night basking in each other's warmth.

He had one worry lifted from his heart before another came knocking. What would happen if his wish was fulfilled?

He spoke to her again after a few days.

"Kaguya if you can't revive me keep this in mind I will come back to you, You have to wait understood" He knew that this wait would be very long and maybe even cruel to her so he had to make sure she was going to be okay.

"Hnn" She nodded. Time passed unknowingly and Ten years had already passed.

Hagoromo and Homura became big brats and were quite attached to me. Kaguya was neither cold nor soft cold towards them. She was cold when necessary and showed them love when needed. So the job of spoiling the brats went to me.

I wrote some books and taught them many things about life and this world. I had to make sure that they weren't idiots and made them learn everything I taught.

Both my sons also weren't idiots they were clever in fact and learned everything I taught them. I also told them many stories during my pass time which was the main reason they became attached to me.

Other than taking care of the children I used most of my time teasing Kaguya and trying to get some reactions out of her. Which was a failed endeavour as she quickly got used to them and rarely got a reaction out of her If I tried teasing her with the same thing again.

I even went as far as to tease her that I would bring her some sisters in the future. She answered nonchalantly saying that she wouldn't mind. What she said next surprised me even more.

"You obviously have interest in women but no one has yet to get your interest. I am honestly waiting to see which other women would be able to get your attention other than me". was what she said.

" You are the best wife". I have the best wife, the best wife I was lost in my world after hearing what she said.

Currently, I am lying on my death bed, it wasn't a pleasant experience, to say the least. I eventually got my memories regarding the wishes back.

Because it was random in which timeline I would go to and when I found out that I would be transmigrated near to when Kaguya ate the Chakra fruit. And because of the absence of Chakra, my first two wishes became ineffective. Taking pity at my plight that God said he had a surprise for me and reincarnated me into Tenji.

"Hagoromo, Homura take care of your mother and yourselves. Your mother especially got it".Knowing that I was going to reincarnate I said my final words to them.

" Kaguya Take care, I will come back for you" I said my final words in her embrace.

"Noooo!!!!!" Kaguya screamed as she held Tenji's lifeless body as tears streamed down her face. She had just tried to use her ocular powers to bring Tenji back to life but she couldn't find any trace of his soul.

She never felt so powerless in her entire life. She couldn't even keep her beloved by her side. A desire welled up in her heart. She didn't want to lose her children also. She resolved herself to become strong.

The two brothers were also gloomy and shocked as this was the first time they saw their calm and collected mother break down and cry. They also had tears coming down their faces.

Kaguya was having a hard coping with things. Losing something precious hit her hard and she just went on for a few days with a lifeless look. But got out of it after she remembered Tenji's last words. She was hoping they were true.

One day Aino who had been serving her all this time informed her about something. She seemed to have just come back from outside. They rarely left the dimensions only once a week or so.

Aino reported to her that all the enemies her husband previously deterred banded together and wanted to destroy the village. She left leaving behind Aino and her two sons and went outside.

She was already feeling gloomy because of her husband's death and now some random person was trying to destroy the village they created. She was fed up with it. Her desire for power kept growing as she looked at what happened to a nearby village from the air. Which was destroyed.

She finally gave in to her desire and cast Infinite Tsukuyomi. Kaguya let everyone in this world have their dreams come true in their eternal dreamland. She relieved the Genjustu for the villagers and took them to her dimension to live.

Few years passed in peace. Hagoromo and Homura noticed that their mother was becoming distant but they could still tell that she still loved them.

One day they accidentally went outside the dimension and saw what happened in the outside world. After learning the truth Hagoromo awakened his Sharingan. Gammamaru from mount myoboku told them the truth and taught them about sage energy which they easily mastered. They only had one question in their mind "Why?".

So, they confronted their mother and asked her about it.

" Power" this was how their conversations went in the past few years. She would hardly speak more than a few words per day.

"For what?". Hagoromo questioned her again.

" You don't need to know" She indifferently looked at them.

Hagoromo knew the value of life and family which he learned from his father. He couldn't help but feel depressed about what his mother was doing. He knew one thing if they didn't stop their mother now then this planet would be destroyed.

"Mother please stop" Homura tried to persuade her.

"Oh, you have become great enough to go against your mother" She was becoming more and distant from them. This wasn't the woman they called mother but a woman who thirsted for power.

"Mother please listen to us. What would father think of you if he saw you like this?" They could have mentioned anything but Tenji in front of her. Every time she thought of him she felt anger, anger at herself for not being strong enough.

"You fools. It looks I made a mistake sharing my Chakra with you. It is time to take it back" Her brain finally snapped from all the depression and now only had one thought that was power.

They started fighting which ensued for months. But by the end of it, they managed to seal Kaguya because of the awakening of Hagoromo's Rinnengan.

"I love mother, so I will be keeping her company on the moon and watching the world you make with her". Homura said to Hagoromo and left for the moon.

Hagoromo developed Ninshu and spread it throughout the world.
