Normally, I could control myself under such circumstances, this not the first time a woman drugged me to try sleep with me, but that night five years ago, was the first time I'll be that intimate with a woman, even after the incident, Mirabel had tried so many times to seduce me, but even though it was the same woman five years ago, i honestly felt repulsed by her, and now with Phoebe, doing this just felt right.
ARIEL'S POV
After figuring out that Vincent is drugged, it was pretty easy for me to piece two and two together, a woman who wanted to get into Vincent's pants, swapped her already drugged wine with his wine, probably after the already bribed waiter brought it out to serve, to be honest, i'm surprised someone who worked under Vincent could be swayed easily.
