CHAPTER 2: Meeting Again.

{FILMING ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY}.

As Xiu Mei walked into the company her employees greeted her and she just nodded and walked to the private elevator and tapped on the topmost floor.

she got to the top floor and her Secretary greeted her and Xiu Mei just nodded and said

"How are you doing Li Ling?"

"Fine President"

Xiu Mei just nodded and said "Come to my office in twenty minutes with my black coffee and also come to report my schedule for today to me"

"Ok Mam" replied Li Ling and Xiu Mei left for her office.

(TWENTY MINUTES LATER): Xiu Mei was looking into some files on her table when she heard a knock, then she said

"Come in"

"President, you have a meeting with the Jiang entertainment group in the next one hour at the five-star imperial hotel. A private room has been booked"

"Ok prepare the car are leaving in five minutes be quick," said Xiu Mei as she adjusted her skirt and took her blazer and her handbag and they left for the car.

(THIRTY MINUTES LATER AT IMPERIAL HOTEL).

"it is remaining twenty minutes to the meeting President, do you want to have anything to eat?" Li Ling asked

"No let's just get going, I don't want to be late"

They walked into the VIP hotel room, waited for some time, and then the others joined. They exchanged a bit of pleasantry and after that, they got to business. They were engrossed in the topic that they forgot how time moves. They were done with the meeting by 2:pm, everyone left the room.

Immediately after they left the room she got a call, then she checked her phone and answered the call after checking who's number it was.

"What now," Xiu Mei said while glaring at the phone.

"Tsk, what do you mean by what now, can't I call my best friend and check if she is fine or not," said Wang Xinyi while clicking her tongue.

"Just go straight to the point I just came out from a meeting now so don't tell me you want me to babysit you"

"Xiu Mei how can you treat me like this, I was with you through thick and thin and now you are kicking...." while speaking she was suddenly interrupted

"Get to the point or don't blame me for hanging up," Xiu Mei said with an annoyed look.

"fine, so get ready we are going out by 6 pm today, brother invited us to come and join him and his friends in a five-star hotel lounge"

"I think it will be a little awkward for me, because apart from your brother I have never met with his friends"

"Common Please for me at least, I love you bye" She immediately hung up after that before Xiu Mei could reply

"Darn this little fox" she was walking around with an annoyed look on her face and due to her fury she bumped into someone and her bag fell.

"Oh, I am so sorry," Said Xiu Mei as she squat down to pick up the stuff which poured out of her bag when she heard the annoying voice.

"No problem Ms.Xiu"

"Oh I see it is president Yang again," she said while slowly getting up from her position.

"Hmm, seems like destiny is bringing the two of us together"

"Oh well too bad I don't believe in destiny"

"You know Ms.Xiu, I'd like for us to chat more but I kinda have a meeting, so bye then till we meet again," Yang Feng said then he walked away

"We won't be meeting again, Tsk how annoying," Xiu Mei said loudly so that Yang Feng will have heard her.

Yang Feng stopped in their tracks and chuckled before saying"I am very sure we will Ms. Xiu, bye for now" After saying that he walked away.

Xiu Mei just clicked her tongue and started walking again.

"President Xiu, should we go back to the office now?" asked Li Ling

"Do you have any other place to go?" said Xiu Mei with an annoyed look and she said "you are so annoying sometimes"

Li Ling wasn't even a little bit bothered with what Xiu Mei said she already knew that her President had a sharp tongue so she only replied: "Yes president, I will go get the car".

" hmm"

When they got back to the office they resumed the work they started in the morning. Xiu Mei who was engrossed in the file on her table didn't know that time has moved ahead of her until she heard a loud bang so she raised her head to see who on earth dared to open the door without her permission and with a loud bang too.

"Seriously, Xinyi what is your problem now?" Xiu Mei said angrily

"Meimei have you forgotten our agreement today, I am also a CEO you know, humph," said Wang Xinyi with a very cute pout.

"Fine, wait let's go to my house and I will get dressed first"
