Chapter 241: Season of Weeping

Ophir glances at the child. Ophir knew that there was nothing wrong with What Urchin decided. The consequences was harsh and bewailing but it does not justify that a single boy's desire can change something that is too vast and horizontal.

"You know, I thought that it was selfish of me not to give you a friend when you asked it. Urchin it is never selfish to save someone dear to you. It's normal to choose someone that is closest to your heart. Saving your mother means saving a future. If Lila got killed by Ecles do you think your father would remain sane?" Ophir stated he can't mention Lehi to this young man. But Ophir knew that it's best to outstretch a hand to whom is on your side at the moment.

Urchin listened and recieved his godfather's word.

"No, my father would have abandon the Kingdom and killed himself or this era would perish." the chubby boy replied.

"I wonder where is Aunt Lehi right now?" Urchin added.

Ophir's eyes widened and asked.

"You remember her?"

Urchin nodded having his cheeks that are reddish due to the tears that irrigated bouncing.

"Really, then did you know that she will disappear?" Ophir asked.

"No. I just saw her became a light behind you." Urchin explained with childish and exaggerated gestures.

Ophir ruffled his hair and asked.

"How does she looked?"

"She was glowing and twinkling like the moon." Urchin described.

"Moon, does the moon twinkle?" Ophir asked in confusion.

"No but it does when you blink." Urchin replied as he tilt his head innocently.

Kiel stared at the shore that waves like it was dancing. His ooze of sadness burst forth. The nation that was built by his grand parents were in wastelands. All the precious memories that were created by each places got wiped and eradicated in a single blow.

Lila reached out to Kiel and said.

"It will be alright. It will be fine. You will go through this and learn from it."

Kiel stared at Lila in disbelief.

"Shut up, It won't be alright. It is me who is weeping. It is me who losed everything. It was me who losed a father and people that I grew up with. It won't be fine. I won't be release from this unless our God says it is enough! So please just shut up." Kiel stated as his emotions got riled up and overflowed.

Lila pressed her lips together. He is right. It was insensitive of her to say that it's just a phase for him to go through. It is awful for her to speak something that is not useful nor comforting at the moment. Lila grabbed her right arm with her left palm and replied softly.

"Yes, I am sorry."

Lila walked away only receiving Kiel's silence as he resumed his sight on the sea. The ashes of his beloved that demised escorted the dawn to say it's goodbye.

Hexel embraced his daughter. It was only a week when he sent his wife away and now he needs to let go of his parents. His personality got out of proportion.

"God, I won't ask you why but I will trust your what. I believe that your not removing these people in my life. Their purpose is just done and I am grateful for their life. I am thankful for the love. I am here in the middle of a rock and is opening my heart towards you. Forgive my regrets. I know this kind of prayer does not offend you because you are big enough for me. Amen."

Mem stood their putting on his father's seal. His seal to validate documents. His signature to pass a law. The seal that brought out his knighthood.

"You could have left me some thing useful than this you know. How should I use such signature when it's your name?" Mem muttured as he grip it in his palms. In the end he can't just help but complain.

Ain stared at the weapon left by his father. Ain can't help but scoff at the sight. His own mother bombed his husband. Ain shouted, screamed and yelled. His voice roared all through out the island.

It was his pain for being betrayed. It was his hatred toward his mother who brought him to this world but also the one who ended the world he learned to love. It was his protest for what has occured.

His heart form a ball that held his voice box. His scream faded and fainted. His throat was complaining for being overused and is misused. Ain can't just percieved it. Why in the world would his mother do such event?! What just drove her to lead this era in wilderness? How can she lie in their faces and stab them by the back? Ain started punching the sand till his knuckles bleed. He started to hurt himself as he bang his head on the fierce tide of the ocean.

His body suddenly got froozen. The water engulfed him and was about to sink when Cyprus drag him away from the water. Cyprus did not unleash him from his gift. He had casted his blood to hear his command. Cyprus sat him on the cave and started changing his garment. He cleansed his wound and applied some ointment. He commanded Ain's body to obey his every word. After treating the teenage boy Cyprus spoke.

"I won't say I understand how you feel but I am here to remind you that your not alone. We are here."

Natalina emerged with Kish,Eyel and Sage who was holding the triplets.

"It's okay for you to be angry but don't hurt yourself. It is okay for you to release it all out but don't exhaust your body. You are significant to us. You are valuable to us." Cyprus pointed.

Sage sat in front of him as Nimron reach out his tiny hand and only to pinch and pull Ain's nose. Sage and Cyprus started to panick as the toddler refused to be halted. Ain started to laugh silently since his vocal cord got strained.
