Reagents
Hello readers,
I know that updates aren't that frequent and I disappeared for a few months...
The only explanation: problems.
While I can't explain it properly, I am letting you know that though it's technically 'dropped', I will still continue to this project. It is just that I can't maintain a respectable constant updates so I guess that I'll upload when I have enough time
For the novel, as you may see in new chapters, the quality has dropped a little. It's just the rehabilitation period as I didn't produce much content about it. There are also some great flaws in the novel which I want to correct but I guess I'll correct it in later chapters.
I won't bother with you anymore.

It has been an hour since the Orderers were presented and praised by the teachers. Normally, the students would now go home but officials from the Inner City stopped them. They could only stay here for now...
An officer came to them and shouted: " Come into a single line ! You will now enter this door."
Hearing the high-rank officer talking, the students immediately gathered into a straight line in a hierarchical setting. The richer, the closer; the poorer, the farther. They were then reintegrated in the gym. But a person was waiting by the scene, he had possessed an aura of authority that made the young ones feel to bow to him.
After they sat on their seats, the man began to speak.
"Hello, students of Bao Feng Academy. I'm Mu Xi, Intendant of the Coral Sea City." the man glanced unto the crowd and said.
Just as he introduced himself, he could see countless gasps about this. Even Tang Ling was surprised!
Coral Sea City was an inner-city of the Brokang Empire. The Inner City of Coral Sea was the direct superior to the Boa Feng City and the outer cities were under its territory. Intendants are one of the highest position in the Inner City. Their jobs is to supervise the activities of the city and its subordinates cities (a.k.a outer cities). They even hold immense powers in the city so it wasn't a surprise that even in the Boa Feng City, Intendants hold more power than the mayor itself! In fact, Outer Ambassadors, District Supervisor (lower-tier positions) of an inner-city had as much power of a mayor of an outer city!
Mu Xi continued: "You're very lucky! Yesterday, His Highness, the Third Prince had waged war against the Second Prince and gained twenty outer cities! To celebrate this event, His Highness ordered that every student in His Territory will gain a fusion reagent! "
Shock! Shock could be seen in every student's faces! This statement was even more shocking than meeting an Intendant!
Fusion Reagent! It was something that couldn't even be bought by money!
The official market price of the fusion reagent was two hundred and fifty thousand credits but in the black market, it could even be sold to three hundred thousand!
Three hundred thousand was a lot. For people like Kan Hugu, they would never dream about the reagent. Even for tycoons in both inner and outer cities, it would place a burden on their finances!
For these Bao Feng's pride to become an Orderer, they needed to consume Fusion Reagents. Fusion Reagents were needed to awaken their powers. Unless one was a genius, it was primordial to buy it to awaken.
The effects of the Fusion Reagent were simple, it strengthened the body to become a suitable vessel of the Order power. Then depending on luck or talent, they would be able to accumulate the supernatural energy and become an Orderer in-training.
Just after Mu Xi said, countless bottles of reagents began to fall from the ceilings; one for everyone.
"The bottles are locked for three hours before it can be consumed. Do not try to open it, they would be rendered useless before the 3 hours countdown. Dismiss !" the Intendant added before returning back to his car.
Tang Ling didn't try to steal, grabbed one for him, and inspected with his [System] Identification.

Fluxer? Not an Orderer? Tang Ling was slightly confused, in his entire life, he was told that this reagent could make him awaken as an Orderer, not a Fluxer! Was it a scam or did the System malfunction? No, it wasn't possible. The government would never lie the populace; plus it touched the pride of the royal family, the System wouldn't lie or malfunction either. It only meant that his knowledge is flawed but how?
Tang Ling quickly cleared his thoughts; it wasn't time to think about it. Time would tell and 'concentrating' on the bottle felt extremely weird...
Tang Ling then quickly left the gym and went home; just like anyone else. He was eager yet calm about it. Even if he didn't awaken as an Orderer he still had the [System], right?

Tang Ling felt a slight tinge of sadness, this Fatty was pretty good to him (1000 credits) but he still replied: "We will meet again. Goodbye"
Buo Dong looked at him and sighed: "Thanks."
