Ch 2 First shadow

It has been a few days since Jin-Woo started his journey. He found different animals that made sense and some creatures were bizarre like what he likes to call Swim feet as they are fish that uses hind legs to swim in the lake.

He has taken a liking to them and how they taste. It's hard to describe but it was sweet like freshwater but also salty that it doesn't need any salt in them. He ate them without any seasonings and he has to admit they are the best fish he has tasted.

He has also figured out that when it was nighttime, his body turned into an armored shadow like an in the first battle against heaven but for this time, it's more skin-like armor it is very much flexible than in the daytime human body. (A/N: Im talking about the armored shadow monarch riding in a horse but skin tight)

As he wakes up from his night sleep he looks around and all he saw was a forest for miles again like usual. He got up and took a pouch he made from animal hide he has killed. He drank some freshwater before placing it back in his inventory.

Looking at the west again he sighs. "Few more days or weeks till I find anything I suppose," He said not hoping to find anything but that is the best thing he got instead of going in a random direction. As he walks forward he saw again shadow in the distance.

Smiling he ran forward hoping to have a nice battle. he took out his sword from his inventory and climb a tree he jumps from tree to tree until he saw what he was off against.

It was a 4-meter tall giant wolf reaching a length of 7 meters. Smiling to himself jin-Woo jumps off the tree heading for the head of the wolf. As he got closer he swings his sword forwards in the wolfs next but the wolf jumps to the side avoiding Jin-Woos sword.

*GRRRR*

The wolf growled at Jin-Woo as it lung forwards paws in the front ready to tear Jin-Woo apart. Avoiding the wolf's claws Jin-Woo grips his sword tighter before swinging it upwards in an elegant manner as he leaned to the right cutting the wolf's side.

*drip*

Blood drop to the ground coming off the wolf as the wolf grew in anger at Jin-Woo it charges forwards not minding its wounds as the beast wanted to tear Jin-Woo apart.

Dodging to his left side, Jin-Woo jumped in the air using his skill dash before Vital strike as he circulated the beast swinging at its vital spot as blood drip from the increasing wound on its body as time goes on.

*Awooo!*

The beast howled in the sky. Jin-Woo activated Sword's slash before jumping into the sky falling at the next of the beast before he decapitated its head off its body as he landed on the ground no blood could be seen on his shirt.

Ignoring the notifications he looks at the dead body of the wolf he kind of thought of something he kneeled and touches the body of the wolf. "Arise," He said as the body was shrouded in darkness before it disappears.

Frowning to himself he tried once more. "Arise," He said but now the body begone to move as a black shadow of a wolf came out of the body appearing to have grown a few inches. Smiling to himself as he was lick on the face by the shadow of the wolf.

"Stop! down boy," he said as the wolf stop what he was doing sitting on the ground while his tail swayed from left to right in enjoyment. *Sigh* "Let's go where heading to the west but for that" He presses yes naming him Fenrir (A/N: thx toS1_Shanks for the name). Nodding to himself he opened his status again to check his new stats.

Sprint/Dash: 1 mana per min. Movement speed will increase by 30%.

Vital Strike/ Vital Points Targetting: 70 mana. Dealing critical damage if you attack a foe's vital areas. Swords only

Stealth: 200 mana. Your appearance and all traces of you will be hidden instantly. ==> 10 mana will be consumed every second.

Sword Slash: 30 mana. Deal damage by slashing your sword. As the skill's level increases, damage and accuracy will increase. Swords only

Bloodlust/Killing Intent 100 mana. Using strong energy, the selected target is put in a state of fear for 1 minute. Several targets can be selected. Effect 'fear': All stats -50%.

Reanimation: Using the word *Arise*

Can reanimate souls from dead bodies, and store them. The chances of being able to reanimate a body depend on the time gap between reanimating and the death of an individual and the gap between his strength and the individual he is trying to reanimate. He can only attempt to reanimate the body only 3 times. As long as he has mana, his shadow is basically immortal as they can regenerate endlessly. Shadows able to be Reanimated: Infinite.

Shadow Exchange: No mana needed. Can switch positions with any previously summoned shadow. It does not appear to have a distance limit. It has a cooldown of 3 hours at the base level of 1. At level 2, it's reduced to 2 hours.

Ruler's Authority: No mana needed. A form of telekinesis with his hands. It is later revealed that it's actually being able to freely control mana.

Domain of the Monarch: No mana needed. Shadows within the area of influence gained enhance stats. It also replaces the colors of above Knight Grade Shadows from Blue-Black to Purple-Black.

Passive skills

Perseverance/Unyielding Spirit: No mana required his health is below 30%, [Perseverance] will active. Damage taken is reduced by 50%.

Will to Rehabilitate Temporary ability. Any dismembered body parts are restored.

Longevity

Permanent effect. All diseases, poisons, and status effects are healed, and sleeping will explosively increase regeneration ability.

Advanced Sword Arts

High-Grade Sword Technique Because he used Swords for an extended period, he can now use Swords more proficiently. When a dagger is used, the attack with it gains 33% additional damage.

"Ok then let's go, buddy," he said smiling storing its body in his inventory before he hops on its back pointing to the west. *Awoo* it howled in the sky happily before running off at a very fast speed.

"Now this is much quicker ill find things much faster now thank buddy," He said with a smile checking his inventory. Right now he has an animal hide pouch, A small knife he got from his daily training, some dead but fresh animal body, and a C rank dungeon key he also got from his daily training.

"All good now let's just wait until I see a town or anything that I could sleep in," He said to himself relaxing on the back of his shadow wolf making it the first shadow he ever gotten.
