CHapter 2

She passed the familiar track that they usually race through to make sure anyone that was coming would be able to trace her. Few miles down, she noticed five parked bike upfront. And from the looks of things, they obviously aren't her people.

It was an ambush.

Though she would like to wait for anyone coming just to have someone by her side, there wasn't time for that now. She fire up the engine and took a detour, this shit is just getting started.

Even when she can't beat Aiden in a race, she still come out third after jack and to mention that her bike engine is higher than the others give her speed advantage coupled with the fact that she knows the entire mountain like the back of her hand

Every little sign from the foot of the mountain - the entrance of the mansion - straight over the two hills to the other side was put there by them. Even the route was also paved by them.

Her only problem right now was the drones that she monitoring and carefully avoiding but it's getting out of hands. She reached for the shotgun in her waistband, she had picked it up before leaving the house.

She studied the drones closely, one was desperately on her tail while the other one was behind it. She stopped avoiding the way of the fast drone which flew past her not expecting her to stop and then she fired the one at it back

Seeing that, whoever was controlling that drone becomes more impatient as the drone lower down into the trees to get clear shot of her, it didn't take long before she interlock with one of the big tree and the drone collide with it

During that period one of the bikers have caught up with her. She lowed down a bit when she saw up ahead and just as expected the biker increased his speed when suddenly she turned and he went speeding down the hill

One down, four to go

She speed into the forest and came to a stop when she saw the perfect spot. It was an open place but not directly through the pathway which means if the bikers don't look closely, they would miss her. And from the look of things, they don't

She took a better gun from the back of the bike and assemble it. The sounds of the bike were getting louder.

She saw the first one pass but didn't fire him down. Instead she waited for the second one then she fired, before the third one could react, it was down too.

She hasn't seen the last one but the focused on the first that now turned back after noticing what was going on. But before anything, he was also out

She still hasn't seen the fourth one and now she's having bad feeling about that. Quickly, she was going to get out of there, probably he would follow her and then she eliminate him also

She stood up and that was when a grenade landed beneath her bike, guess he had noticed her bike and thought she was with it

The only smart one among them

That was what was on her mind as she was sent flying the opposite direction of her bike

"Thank God she wasn't close to the bike" was the last thing on her mind before she touched down and black out, her fibble body rolled down the hill before stopping in a more balanced position half buried in dry grass
