Although powerful, their enemy, the Holy Alliance, was backed by several other countries; many high-level mages and magicians had voluntarily joined them too. Compared to distant nations, the Mage Kingdom and Dilante Mage Tower were actually closer to Dionysio, a country that had already embraced evil, therefore being more influenced by it.

If Greenberg and the Holy Alliance truly failed, they too would be doomed. Therefore, many mages and magicians went there to assist.
