Survival Evolved: Incarnation

*ALL CHAPTERS ARE FREE* With little to no explanation for their wiped memory, several survivors, referred to as Arkians, wake up on a beach on what seems to be Earth. These survivors have many differences, but the most defining one is Sky; The one with a White Stone on the back of his left hand. What kind of journey will Sky undergo because of this White Stone? Survival Evolved is meant to take place through the eyes of a teenage boy (mainly), meaning that some things he doesn't pick up on or connect in his mind are done ON PURPOSE. 2. Survival Evolved often describes gore/wounds in a gruesome way. There are many scenes in which slavery, human trafficking, or torture are talked about, so read with caution!

Avie's Final Awakening

"Do you think strength can't defeat all of those things you wish to try and beat me with? You are still far too foolish to have a chance against me... far too weak... you are nothing, Sky Asterio," Cole said to me.

"I know... I know I am nothing... but you're forgetting one very, very vital part of this battle, Asterio," I told him as the blue beam started to come down to our level.

"If it's not strength... or intelligence... it's speed," I muttered.

In a fraction of a millisecond, faster than my eyes could even begin to try to understand, a human foot materialized in front of me with the help of blue strands.

It was inches away from Cole's face and impacted him faster than he could even react. That foot hit him in the face and emitted a shockwave so fierce that it shattered my eardrums, it cleared all smoke around us, it pushed all clouds from Zealous' position, it ruptured the ground, it shattered the glass to all buildings in Zealous, it crumpled cement in every building left standing, and most importantly, put a hole in the center of Cole's head shaped as a foot.

The foot slammed itself into the ground to heal the charred flesh, and clothing came about the figure that spawned right in front of me, saving me from Cole.

"AVIE!" I screamed out in a directing tone. Her head lifted as the blue hair settled down to her shoulders, and she looked back at me with a golden gleam in her eyes. Her irises were the sharpest gold coloring I've ever seen, and with a simple nod of our heads, we exchanged the same goal, leveling them, and ready to conquer.

"It's finally good to have you here... shall we stop Quake for good?" I asked her.

"I was starting to think you weren't going to ask... for you, Master Sky Asterio, I will do everything and anything," She declared.

"AVIE! THERE SHE IS! FINALLY! A FAIR FIGHT!" Cole shouted out.

Avie vanished into the sky and I ran at Cole with as much speed as I could. I pushed my heart rate to its limit, even while under the black strands, and watched Avie hit him in the stomach with her foot again.

It rippled his skin and launched him into the air. Before he could land, Avie put another kick on his back and launched him down toward me.

I held out my arm, clotheslining him on his way, down, and having him bounce off of the ground while I swung my saber widely, cutting him in half.

Cole's body bounced once, and Avie kicked his body while he was down, pushing him into magma and scorching his corpse.

He came out with a burnt right arm, suffering more wounds with black scarring on his body... except it wasn't regenerating...

The magma settled down back into the Earth after spewing up and cooling in the sky, which meant that our only weapon to do damage to Cole was missing from the field.

Avie continued her onslaught, moving in on him and kicking him toward me. She wasn't doing it of her own will... she was reading my mind. She adapted my combative ability into her own style, watching me for this long, and was manipulating the fight to benefit me carefully. Damn that girl... she's good.

She kicked Cole over to me again while floating in the sky. From her hip came a weapon that Cole was using... The Mahina Blade.

She threw it down onto the ground, right in front of my running path, and I picked it up, running at Cole again while kicking dust up to close the distance.

I slashed down at him while lightly lifting my foot in the air. My twisted body was met with perfection when Avie appeared behind Cole and I cut through his chest, all the way down to his hip, and spewed blood all over the field.

He regenerated, and his eyes lit up with the Eye of Providence. He caught Avie's foot before it could connect, but was met with ruin after Avie moved so fast that her entire leg detached and she roundhouse kicked Cole in the jaw with her opposite heel.

He was launched to the side, so I struck him on the opposite side of his face with my fist and jumped up in the air.

As Avie kicked him up in the air from my punch, I grabbed his neck, pushed him to the ground, and Avie pierced his body with both of her heels, shaking the ground and causing the ground to rupture again.

The amount of damage we were doing to Cole would've been unbelievably fatal to any other person... but it's because it was Cole that we needed to do this much, to go this hard... to make him suffer so much.

Avie was absolutely ruining him with the capability of her speed, going so fast that the only way I could track her was through my will, through our will. When she wanted to go somewhere, I followed right behind. When I wanted to go somewhere, she followed right behind. We were perfectly in Sync... this was what it was like to be synchronized with an A.I., and it felt so good.

With a second of matched gazes, I caught what she wanted to do, and pushed myself up in the air with Carl's gun. While in midair, Cole launched The Retriever at my body and tried to wrap the chains around me. It clicked in both Avie's head, and my own, and she took one look at me.

Part of her speed was going wherever she could, whenever she could. Before The Retriever wrapped around me, Avie pushed me out of the way, took the hit for me, and placed me behind Cole.

The Eye of Providence gleamed back toward me as he turned his head, but he lost track of Avie just as easily as me, and Avie punched him in the head, right toward the Mahina Armament.

I split Cole in half from his head to his crotch, and all three of us hit the ground at the same exact moment.

Cole regenerated himself, and his arms exploded in Iridescent Strands... the same kind Eirikr had.

"Then... I guess it's time to stop playing around," Cole said.
