"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa"bellowed Murong Ba at the unfairness of the heavens as he pulled out his sword .

The sword was also instantly set afire .He slashed four times consecutively towards the wall next to the four gates of the city sending flames shaped like half moons in the four directions.

Boooooom ,the walls were disintegrated forming a cloud of dust that made the skies dark .

When the citizens and soldiers struggling to escape through the small gates so this ,they were stunned for a moment. They felt shame for trying to escape the city in its moment of greatest need .They remembered the mayor's benevolence and protection granted to the city not just by Murong Ba ,but by hundreds of generations of Murong family patriarchs .

Xerxes did not care about the fleeing weaklings,he concentrated on his fight with the monarch.

With sword in hand ,the monarch attacked with a horizontal slash .Claw and blade met sending sparks flying in all directions .

The monarch was relentless but Xerxes defended against all the attacks .As the two fought ,their speeds increased and the power used in each subsequent attack was more than the previous .Soon ,nothing around them was left standing .All the buildings were destroyed and on fire .

Most of the citizen had escaped due to Murong's selfless actions but not all had escaped in time .

Their mangled bodies made the soil red and wet .

Boom ,Xerxes punched the earthly monarch sending him into one of the few walls left standing .

Wooosh ,Murong Ba came flying out of the rubble and the fight went on .

Murong Ba had comprehended fire ,earth and wind laws but his steongest laws were fire laws .

As he battled the demon ,his expertise with the fire laws were showed off to the extreme .
