To the next dungeon?

After striking non-stop for ten good minutes the Boss beast died, it was easy for Leo to kill it because of its broken neck...which made it difficult for it to see in the direction it wanted.

Some minutes ago

The Raven could be seen, and its injuries (Broken wing, and neck) could be seen healing at a visible rate, but that was all for naught as a dagger came striking with very good precision at the exact place it was once injured..giving it an injury which it would start to heal again.

This continued for some time, till when the raven could not hold it any longer...it shouted a raven-like shriek, its tone showing how angry it is.

So since Leo did not let its wound heal, it did not take long for things to get worse after its stored life force was depleted.

As the bird heals, Leo injures the already healed wound, this was what continued for what looks like an eternity until the bird got no life force to heal itself. Unless it would use the life force of its own body.

But that would endanger him more, and might even end up killing him.

This thing is no different from taking blood from a patient suffering from anemia (lack of blood) and giving that same blood to that same patient thinking that the blood would cure the disease....it's kinda crazy, isn't it?

But at that time, the raven was too angry to stop and think of the consequences of the action it was taking. All it wanted was to kill Leo.

Now that he has found a way, which he would use to catch Leo, it would not let go.

So it started using its life force to hill itself, the joints of its wings and neck soon healed, but in return, its body weakened to a noticeable extent. That was why Leo was able to kill it quickly.

Leo stared at the notification, awe, and confusion well shown on his face.

Leo is currently as confused as hell, he decided to look around and see if there is anything that would help him get out of there.

He has been weakened to such an extent that even walking has become hard for him, this is the most wearisome exercise he had ever done.

His left hand was now swinging without any constraint, and with his muscle no longer there, he doesn't have any control over it.

But right now, he did not care, as far as he is strong he could do anything. He still has his right hand to use.

He knew that some treasures and pills could restore his hand, and that's why he did not worry much about it, despite all this, he still has an undying trust in the system.

Soon he reached it, he could feel rich and pure mana in the vortex, the vortex was colored white.

He could not feel only mana, but also a foreign energy-like substance, that thing was not a form of energy like Qi, mana, etc. I was more like an essence of something.

As soon as he came close enough, he walked through the portal, he felt like the portal was kind of, sucking him in.

Everything went dark for a couple of seconds, it was like he was trapped in an endless void. But Leo loves that darkness.

He didn't know why, but he felt like that mysterious darkness is a hidden part of him. He was curious to know more but he did not let curiosity take a better part of him, as this, is, not the time to know more.

He is currently both mentally and physically exhausted. He got mentally exhausted from manipulating mana for a long time, he then got physically exhausted from fighting for a long time.

After about three seconds, he found himself in a place.

Taking a good look around, his face brightened up in pure joy...this is exactly what he needed.

He continued to look around the place, his heart brimming with untold joy.

The soil here is sandy, similar to the sand

one would find on beaches.

The place looked like a beach, the air here is fresh but Leo could still vaguely feel the unique, sweet, and mesmerizing mana that is in the air.

The mana is rich, pure, and has is unique.

There were coconut trees all around the place, each one dancing merrily to the sweet music of the wind.

Besides a certain coconut tree was a pool, it could be said that it was not big, about two to three meters in width, with about four to five meters in length. And it is kind of rectangular.

Despite it looking like a normal pool of water, Leo felt that there is more to it, that the pool is much more special than it looks.

He looked at the coconut tree that is right beside it, the coconut tree is taller and more robust than all the other coconut trees.

he wanted to walk around and take a look as he was curious to know if there are more things to see. But he decided to relax in the pool for some time, and wash away the blood on his body.
