CHAPTER 4: ENERGY SYSTEM

The next morning Fury woke up sensing the energy in his blood and body, he felt reborn , everything turned clear,he could feel the slightest movements of the wind,he could hear the sound producer by two Tiger ants fighting each other ,

Wanting to test his strength Fury decided to go for a hunt " mom , dad I'm going on a hunt I'll be back before dinner okay " Fury yelled dashing towards the forest " okay but be careful and don't you dare miss dinner " Emma yelled back

It was the season of hunting in Gold Cloud town the perfect time for Fury to test his strength

Back at home Jake was staring at the forest " Steve keep a tab on Fury okay " Jake said to himself " don't you worry Jake he's like a son to me even though I'm your system . in fact he has a unique system who is better than me so don't stress about it " a voice replied " thanks Steve " Jake said to the voice " I know I know I'm the best hahahaha " the voice replied again .

Meanwhile Fury was punching a tree surrounding him were fallen trees whose top roots have been blasted " where are the beasts , why can't I find one " Fury said frustratingly his fiery red hair swinging here and there and his gold eyes seemed to glow .

Then suddenly a loud roar boom out from the forest few miles away from him , Fury started running towards the source of the roar , with his dashing speed he arrived a few minutes at his destination . In front of him was an injured beasts , a five feet tall jade coloured tiger , covered in white stripes and surrounded by lightning facing another beast , a seven feet tall black Scorpion coated in a black flames " I can't believe it , a level five Lightning Jade Tiger fighting a level five Black Flame Scorpion , and both are badly injured , finally my luck come back " Fury said excitingly as he hid behind a large shrub .

However the came to an end with the Tiger as the winner but the Tiger was greatly weakened , Fury saw this as an opportunity,he reached out and grabbed one of the Scorpion's claw and slashed at the tiger's neck . Immediately the tiger growled and swiped its claw at him but its speed was way too slow due to the injury , Fury dodged the claw then striking the neck of the tiger killing it ,then suddenly a pop-up screen appeared in midair from nowhere and he heard a robotic voice

[ Beast core detected ]

[ Absorb or Store ]

" Who are you ? " Fury asked looking for the source of the voice

[ I am your Energy System ] the voice said again " my energy system ... so are you trying to say that you are an AI system " Fury confirmed.

[ Yes I am but different ]

[ Beast core detected>Absorb or Store ] , the voice asked again . " absorb " Fury answered and immediately a gush of violent energy flew through his body painting his body red and surrounding him was a white halo , after which he heard a metallic ding and that strange pop-up screen appeared again showing him his stats.

Looking at his status , he was shocked looking at his race stats " what the .... how am a half dragon and what meaning of a half sage? " Fury asked.

[ Firstly you are a half dragon since you inherited your dad's bloodline ]

[ Lastly your mom is a sage whose bloodline you also inherited ]

[ To enquire about the ability tap the Ability tab ]

After tapping on the ability tab the pop-up screen changed

[ Ability 1: Star dragon flame >You has can harness the power of the star dragon depending on your bloodline points | you can also create skills ]

[ Ability 2: Battle card >you can create cards which could summon beasts , activate equipments and many more which also depends on your bloodline points ]

" So that's my ability fire and battle card " Fury confirmed

Then Fury wondered if his stats was following the same classification as the world's classification , then the voice answered

[ No my classification is not the same as this world's ]

While Fury was discussing with his system , a loud crash caught his attention ,

[ Red sun dragon detected ]

Fury nearly choked on his spit as look upwards , flying above him was a injured blood red dragon with its smooth magnificent fiery red scales , coated in blood red flames followed by some mercenaries who were miles away, then the dragon flew towards him increasing its speed, seeing this Fury ran the opposite direction as his life depended on it

Who would stand and watch a dragon flying towards you but suddenly gets the urge to save this dragon from those mercenaries then the voice spoke

[ Incoming thought transmission ]

[ Accept ] / [ Decline ]

" accept " Fury yelled, he wanted to know why this dragon was trying to implicate him but this dragon looked exhausted then a voice sounded in his mind " wait ...stop... I mean no harm "

finally Fury slowed down " who are you and what do you want with me " Fury asked " My name is Zed and I am a red sun dragon I need your help if you can help me I'll owe you one " the dragon said hurriedly " wait you have the sage bloodline " the dragon sighed and continued " but it's better to be your your battling card than to be caught by those people.

[ DING ]

[ New mission: create your first summoning battle card ]

[ Reward: 10 stats points, 1 level up ]

Hearing this Fury grined like a Cheshire cat " but how do I create a battle card " Fury asked as he found out he doesn't know anything about creating a battle card . Suddenly the knowledge about how to create a battle card downloaded in his memory " hurry up you idiot those barbarians will soon catch up with us " the dragon said impatiently .

After memorising everything on creating a battle card Fury closed his eyes performing a few hand signs then a transparent rectangular slip floated out of his hands , in his mind scape the green and blue spheres produced a mini version of themselves as those mini version spheres were absorbed by transparent slip, he felt a part of him has been taken away then the transparent slip started sucking the dragon into itself which the didn't resist , after which the slip was covered in blood red runes with the image a young flying red sun dragon roaring towards the sky and a eye-catching image of a red sun that seems to destroy and devour everything at the background
