Jason blinked a few times at the person's question.

"uhh how much I know, well... I know everything. that's right everything, 100% everything"

Perseus and Boops resisted the urge to snicker at Jason's obvious attempt to dupe the leader.

The bandit leader's face was covered with a purple and black mask so Jason and Perseus couldn't see what he was thinking. But he opened his mouth and said in a noticeably shakier voice

"y-you" he stuttered "you really know everything?"

A wide grin passed through both Jason's and Perseus's faces and even Boops was cackling evilly in Jason's headspace.

Jason stepped up

"yes, we know everything, from the tiniest detail, we knew everything from the start."

The bandit leader started to shrink away. But then courage came back to him and he looked back at Jason and said in an icy voice

"then you have two options,"

Jason raised his eyebrows

"The first one," the bandit leader said in his hideous voice "is to join us, if you are able to uncover our plans then you must have some skill, you must know that you are fighting a losing battle."

"And the second one?" Jason asked

The bandit leader looked at Jason through the mask and raised the two swords in his hands up.

"then we must deal with you," he said threateningly

Jason looked at the notification and thought.

It was pretty cool that they offered him a job out of know where. But that was extremely sus and he was pretty sure some shady stuff was going on.

Jason turned to Perseus who shrugged his shoulders and when Jason went to Boops in his headspace Boops replied the same way.

An intense train of thought went into Jason's brain as he mulled over this decision.

These people were bandits. Which had the evil alignment, players and people with that alignment were hunted down by those of the good alignment and of order also. If he did so, then he would make an enemy of lots of people.

He would be fine with that if he got stronger faster and just when Jason was about to seriously consider it. A thought hit him.

"wait, if I'm evil won't the points that I get decrease since I'm not a good alignment?"

Boops answered

'Yeah I'm pretty sure that the training instructor said something about that a while ago'

A flash of light passed through Jason and he answered the bandit leader with a grin.

"ill take the second one"

and saying that Jason pushed off against the ground leaving behind small craters in the ground as he charged towards the bandit leader with his sword raised.

The bandit leader was audibly surprised at Jason's charge and could only raise his two swords up in an X shape before Jason's slash collided with his and sent him flying into the forest.

Jason looked at Perseus who shouted out "I got this!" and gave him a thumbs up. Perseus walked towards the bow-wielding bandits naturally with his sword resting on his shoulder.

Jason grinned at Perseus simply walking yet making the bow-wielding bandits back up due to the aura of intimidation that came out of him.

He turned back around and leaped into the forest in search of the bandit leader that was sent flying into it.

As he was running into it. Boops quickly gave him the information he needed

Just as Jason was reading through everything a dagger came whistling at his face. Jason jumped away and the dagger sunk into the trunk right behind him.

The masked bandit leader jumped off from one of the trees holding his two swords. A bit of blood was leaking out of his mask and his mask had a small crack on it, probably from Jason's initial attack.

"ill kill you"

He muttered as he brandished his swords.

Jason held out his long sword and held it up in a defensive stance.

Boops started to quickly give Jason a grasp on his strength

'okay Jason, good and bad news good news, it's not Welf and he's actually your level, bad news, most of your stat points are in charm and the Blue 2 team members aren't here'

This was the first time Jason actually started to regret pouring his extra stats into charm. In fact, Boops kept on whispering "karmaaaaa" as he did so. But it was momentary.

Jason readied his blade

"ill give you a healthy dose of DEATH"

He shouted out thinking it sounded cool. Boops internally facepalmed, but it seemed intimidating enough.

Jason raised his sword up

He could feel strength almost course through his veins and his muscles felt like they could exert more power.

Jason ran towards the bandit leader who was also charging at Jason with his swords trailing behind him whistling as they cut through the wind.

Jason jumped up and slashed down, the bandit leader flinched after seeing the familiar sight and raised his swords up again in an x shape to endure the blow.

The two swords clashed and the bandit leader felt his legs tremble under the strength of the swing. But his knees didn't break and the bandit leader slashed with his right sword making Jason's sword fall to the side harmlessly.

The bandit leader took the chance to launch a quick assault at Jason who barely deflected them with his long sword hilt and amour.

Jason had to take a few hits letting the bandit leader hit his amour just trying to direct them to places that wouldn't hurt too much.

Jason started to back up parrying the quick succession of attacks that were coming his way with no way to counter-attack.

Desperation filled Jason, and he had the sudden urge to run under the almost endless swings.

That desperation reached new heights when Boops warned Jason that a thick tree trunk was right behind him and soon he wouldn't be able to back up away from the bandit leaders' attacks.

Jason's brain ran at hyper-speed until he finally came up with a solution.

Jason's eye glowed red and rose red streams of energy started to surround him.

The energy started to pour into Jason's sword and the aura that he gave off seemed to heat up and let out a large gust of air that blasted away anyone nearby.

The bandit leader soon realized that something was wrong and backed up.

Jason rose up with the rose-red energy enveloping him in the dark forest, he looked like the single lantern in it. The cold deadly one.

A rose formed from behind Jason. It was a regular plain one, but I was about the size of Jason's body and floated behind Jason as if it was protecting it. Surrounding the rose was an aura of flames that burned as brightly as the sun.

Jason gripped the hilt of his sword with a new intensity. Even when he had first used his form, he had never felt like this. It would seem the rose knight ceremony did something to it. Perhaps it was because he was a real rose knight now.

But that was beside the point.

Jason stood there in the dark forest with only the moon and stars shining down on them. His eyes were red, his sword gave off a sharp and dangerous aura. His amour seemed to be made of cold deadly steel.

The cloak that Jason had worn over the rose knight clothes flew away from the wind that the avatar form gave off.

And the reborn roses' emblem shone brightly. The luminescent rose seemed to glow even brighter under the moonlight.

The bandit leader gave a small gasp and retreated even farther

"you're a rose knight?"

He said in an alarmed voice as he looked at the telltale emblem on Jason's chest.

Jason smiled and walked closer to the bandit leader, his sword was outstretched leaving his entire body wide open for attacks yet the bandit leader didn't attempt to attack he just backed up and said in a trembling voice

"How did you know? what are you doing here!" He ended with a screaming voice

Jason smiled and answered

"I'm kinda on vacation"

The bandit leader looked at Jason who was still glowing and surrounded by rose-red energy and dropped his two swords. He pulled out his daggers and closed his eyes.

An unholy power surrounded the bandit leader and he too opened his eyes which gave off a black and violet glow.

"you cannot live anymore"

He hissed in an echoey voice
