Can't a father go out with his family again without something ruining it? I would have been happy if it had been just traffic causing the issue, but no, it had to be something much more outrageous – the apocalypse. Imagine what was supposed to be a family outing turning into a fight for survival against zombies in an instant. It doesn't change much, though. I'm still trying to be the best husband and father I can be, and the apocalypse ain't changing that!
While Leo's attack was evidently lacking compared to David's previous assault, it was more than enough to deal with the remaining monsters in the air.
Like the previous attack, they also fell from the sky like headless flies.
Taking control over his descent in mid-air, Leo somehow managed to softly land on the ground, although it wasn't exactly a gentle landing as there was a crack on the ground where he had landed.
After landing, Leo did not immediately relax as he moved toward the fallen monsters in front of him.
While some of them had fallen to the ground from a great height, they were still somehow able to survive the fall and not die immediately.
From their appearance alone, Leo could tell the monsters in front of him were different from anything he had ever encountered. At least, normal monsters did not have bodies made up of bone and gas.
