Zabuza Momochi.(2)

Naruto: 'Hehe, here's my chance. I won't lose to sasuke this time.'

Kakashi: "Well, we'll if it isn't the hidden mist's missing-nin, Zabuza Momochi.

Naruto: "Ready...Go!"

Kakashi: "Everybody get back, this one is on a whole other level. It will be a little tough unless I do this..."

Zabuza: "You appear to be Sharingan Kakashi. Im sorry but, the old man is mine."

Kakashi: "Surround and protect Tazuna-san, do not enter the fight, that's the teamwork here. Zabuza first, fight me."

Naruto: "Sharingan! What the hell is that?"

Zabuza: "Enough talking! I have to kill that old man. But, it seems like I'll have to fight you first, Kakashi!"

Zabuza flickered from the tree and landed on the water forming two hand signs.

Zabuza: "Water style! Hidden Mist Jutsu!"

Tendo: 'Finally they're done with all that useless talking. Now the fight can actually begin.'

Tendo flickered away from the group and landed on a spot in the water, not far from the battle that was going on. He had his byakugan activated and was watching every move the duo made.

Tendo: 'So that's how the hidden mist jutsu is done. It's just as simple as controlling the water and turning it into mist. I could've figured that out on my own if I didn't think it was as complicated as I made it out to be. Also, it only looks like I gain 15 points from the system per Chunin huh? Still a bit low but it's better than the 2 points for every wild beast I was getting before.'

Tendo watched as the battle was starting to heat up and Zabuza started using more deceptive tactics to fight against Kakashi. It wasn't long until Kakashi got caught in one of Zabuza's elaborate traps.

Zabuza: "Water Style: Water Prison Jutsu."

Kakashi: "What!"

Tendo: 'That's also how the Water Prison Jutsu is performed. I knew coming on this mission would be a good idea. Wait, I wonder if instead of only using the jutsu to trap opponents to kill them slowly, I can use it as a set-up to freeze the opponent in ice instead. Since he's distracted, let me try it. I only need to use one clone to provide enough of a diversion for me, but I need to keep an eye out because I know Haku is watching. Seeing my ice style might provoke a reaction from him. Water Style: Water Clone Jutsu.'

A clone formed out of water next to Tendo and they both flickered off towards Zabuza who was holding Kakashi prisoner in his jutsu.

Zabuza: "Hehehe, now I have you in an inescapable prison. It's tougher when you can't move, you know. Now Kakashi, we'll finish things later. First, I'll take care of them. Hm?! Weren't there five of them remaining? Where did that little brat go who caught the rabbit?"

Just as Zabuza finished his sentence, he sensed an attack coming from behind him, closing in extremely fast.

Zabuza: "Such a weak attempt at a surprise attack cannot phase me!"

Zabuza leaned his head to the side and dodged the attack without moving from the spot. Zabuza scoffed at the attack when he saw it was just some senbon being thrown at him. But before he could even re-adjust his position, Tendo appeared next to him and attacked him with a flurry of gentle fist palms.

Zabuza: 'Tch! A Hyuga! Fighting him head-on will be troublesome, but he's weak and slow. As long as I can dodge his hits and counterattack without disturbing the water prison too much, I win.'

Zabuza continued to dodge a few more attacks and just as he expected, an opening in Tendo's attacks appeared. Zabuza delivered a quick and powerful kick to Tendo's face, sending him back skipping on the water.

Zabuza: "What a foolish student you have, Kakashi. Now, die brat!"

Just as Zabuza finished delivering the kick, a shadow jumped out from underwater in a splash and put their hands on Zabuza's chest. He had no way to dodge as Tendo had waited for the right moment to catch him off-balance and defenseless.

Tendo: "Water Style: Water Prison Jutsu."

Zabuza: "What?! It was a clone before? This one knows water release too?!"

The water that was splashed up quickly became heavy and surrounded Zabuza, encasing him in the prison and by extension, releasing Kakashi.

Kakashi: 'What a strategy! This boy doesn't even seem like a genin!

Zabuza tried to break the prison using his chakra to pressure it and then control it but he realized that Tendo was pumping a lot of chakra into it to keep him immobilized.

Zabuza: "He's going to run out of chakra really soon if he keeps funneling chakra into the prison like that. In the end, he's just a genin. I just need to buy enough time until he runs out.'

Tendo: 'He must be thinking im inexperienced for using so much chakra but that's just a testament to his skill. I wouldn't have been able to hold him longer than a second if I didn't do this much. But, time to test my theory. I also need to come up with a name for this jutsu...hmm. I got it.'

Tendo then began forming multiple hand signs with his free hand.

Tendo: "Ice Release: Ice Grave."

Zabuza: "What?! Ice Release?! Could he be...!"
