Haku.(1)

As Zabuza was wondering where another ice release user came from, Tendo's jutsu froze the water prison with astonishing speed. The jutsu had started freezing Zabuza first and when his body was fully frozen, it spread out to the rest of the prison, freezing it entirely.

Kakashi: "What a terrifying jutsu. Being stuck in there would leave long-lasting consequences on the body without a medical-nin present. I'm sure Zabuza will die very soon if he doesn't find a way out of there. I'll use this chance to regain my stamina for a bit..."

Tendo: 'The rate he froze at was a little slow for my taste but it got the job done. Now for- hmm? It seems the other one just arrived.'

Tendo looked up at a tree behind them and noticed Haku standing on top of it. He could feel Haku's angry glare coming towards him through the mask. Haku then flickered towards them and landed next to Tendo, touching the Ice that was encasing Zabuza.

Haku: "Ice Release? Are you perhaps from the Yuki Clan?"

Tendo: "Maybe. But what are you doing here? Did you come to help him?"

The young man seemed dissatisfied at Tendo's answer but because he had his mask on, it didn't show one bit to alert the people around him. Haku then formed a seal with one hand and Tendo's Ice Grave broke open revealing a frozen Zabuza stuck inside of it. He looked like his body could be shattered at the slightest movement. Haku put his hands on him and the ice quickly defrosted, revealing Zabuza's now extremely pale skin. Haku took out a few senbon and stuck it into Zabuza's neck.

Kakashi: "That mask. You're a Kirigakure Hunter-Nin."

Haku: "Yes, I am. Thank you for incapacitating Zabuza for me so I could kill him. I will now take his body away and dispose of it. It holds many secrets. Farewell."

Tendo was just looking on at Haku's actions. He could tell that Haku was extremely angry and nervous.

Tendo: 'Looks like he hurried away this time because Zabuza could die any minute now. It was a miracle that even survived that long. He's lucky that I need points for the system though, or else I would've alerted Kakashi and he wouldn't have been able to get away while defending Zabuza. I'll just have to wait for a few days and when Gatou comes with his miniature army, all of this will pay off. In the meantime, I can try to combine more water styles with Ice Release to make some new Jutsus.'

The company left that area not long after and arrived at Tazuna's house. Kakashi was extremely exhausted as he had overused the Sharingan too much so he was out cold. Naruto and the rest were inside the house relaxing and talking while Tendo was outside standing on the water that was just outside of Tazuna's house. He walked out a bit farther on it as he didn't want anyone to see what technique he was training. For extra security, he even used the Hidden Mist Jutsu to prevent any unseen onlookers.

Tendo: 'I only have a few days until Zabuza has regained his former strength. Maybe a few extra because of what the Ice did to him. That should be enough time for me to create a few new Jutsu. The first idea I had was to create a kind of Water tentacle or whip to capture and kill opponents. Not just a normal whip, but the true purpose of it is to burrow inside the nostrils and mouths of opponents to make their internal organs explode, especially their Lungs. It would require some more precise applications of the Water Style but it shouldn't be that difficult.'

Tendo closed his eyes and formed a hand sign as the water under his feet started to get restless, with small whips forming and falling back down over and over.

On the night of the next day, Tendo had finally got the Jutsu to work as he had wanted it to. He had decided to just name it the Water Whip Jutsu, a simple but accurate name. The day after that, he started mastering it to the point that he only needed one hand sign to activate it and control the trajectory of the whips. For his next Jutsu, he thought about his defense. His idea was taken from Gaara's Sand Armor. He wanted to make some Ice Armor but he needed to do so by freezing the air around him and form it over himself. He certainly had the Chakra capacity to keep it active for most of the day or in battles so he wasn't worried about that aspect.

This Jutsu took a lot more control than he expected but since he was a Hyuga and could expel chakra from any of his tenketsu, expelling Ice Chakra out of each one wasn't hard at all. In fact, he mastered it the next day. By this time, Kakashi had already woken up and had tried to watch him train a few times but he couldn't see through the mist. Naruto and Sasuke had even tried to see in a few times but he didn't know how to walk on water yet so his plans were stopped right there.

This wasn't something Tendo hadn't expected so it didn't phase him at all. Kakashi had asked him to give Naruto and Sasuke a few pointers in chakra control but he refused, thinking why would he have a hand in training his future enemies. At that same time, Kakashi had figured out that what Haku was saying was a lie and that he had in fact come to save Zabuza. He then started training Team 7 by himself and decided to leave Tendo to his own matters as he didn't like the young man's attitude.

That night, Tendo had decided to alter the Hidden Mist Jutsu a bit. When he formed the water into mist, he deployed miniature ice crystals inside so not only did it obstruct vision, it slowly froze enemies inside of it so the longer you spent looking for Tendo inside, the weaker you would become. The day after, it was finally time for them to fight Zabuza once again. This time, Haku would be with him.
