You Are Beyond Saving

"Father Malcolm... no- that can't be, it simply can't!" Sir Lancelin stuttered as all of this didn't make any sense to him.

"I know you will react that way but that is simply the truth, I may have not be the father Malcolm you knew but I still yearn to speak the truth"

"I simply want everyone in the world to know the truth, this is nothing but the truth that you and the rest of the world refused to accept"

"You can't believe that I no longer serve the church of radiance, but that is simply the truth, I am one of your master's closest friend or even his best friend but unfortunately he also failed to see the truth"

"Lies! It's all lies!" Sir Lancelin shouted.

"It All didn't make sense, You are one of the most pious believers of the church of radiance, your strength it's undoubtedly high how can a great bishop like you become a disbeliever!" Sir Lancelin shouted.

"Childe, you are simple naive, I have uncover a secret that you don't, I have lived longer than you do and I want to tell you something"

"The church is not what it seems to be, it's not even close to been what you think it is, they are the worst scums of society" Father Malcolm explained.

"No! The Malcolm I knew will never say such things" Sir Lancelin shook his head to which Father Malcolm sighed.

"Childe its is simply the truth... I have uncovered the truth and they seek to destroy me"

"No! Father Malcolm is dead! Yes! Yes, it all make sense now! You are but a vile copy of him!" Sir Lancelin regain his resolve.

"Does this make you remember?" Father Malcolm smiled and pull out a small carving of a wooden lance.

"You carve that yourself and give me as a gift, which means you are still refusing the fact that I am Malcolm, it's just that I am not the Father Malcolm you know, that is when I was affiliated with the church of radiance"

"Now I seek to destroy it and anyone that stands in my way will simply perish" Malcolm said.

"Then forgive me, i will save you from your suffering for that I will have to kill you!" Sir Lancelin calmly said but with a tinge of pain, he has finally accepted that he and this man that he used to be so close to are nothing but enemies now.

"Hahahah, you stop me? Alone? With that puny lance? Let's see if you have the strength!!" Malcolm shouted.

"Hahahaha" They heard an aged voice laughing which caught both of their attention.

"My boy is never alone"

Now they got to see the full view of who is speaking, it is a man with gray hair tied into a bun with some small streaks of black, it seems like he is just a fart away from death but none of them dare to underestimate him!

"Zach?" Malcolm asked with surprise evident in his eyes.

"Young Lancelin, there's a situation going on in the city, you should go deal with that first and I will deal with this old friend in the mean time, you also have little brother, blue hair and indifferent face, don't let him come here if you meet him" Master Zach ordered.

"Master you are alive! But I can't leave you here-"

"Are you looking down on me? I say get lost!" Master Zach ordered with a stern look.

"No I don't dare! I will get him to safety and come back as quickly as possible!" Sir Lancelin give one last glance at Master Zach before leaving in high speed.

"I never thought you will survive after that calamity" Malcolm said with a smile.

"Yeah I survive with my principles but how did you abandoned yours? I know the church is not what it seems but you are endangering the lives of many innocent people and the church might not even care" Master Zach explained.

Malcolm stayed silent for a long as if pondering about his deeds and its consequences.

Malcolm sighed and said, "They might not care but I have my reasons for doing so, it's true that I endanger many innocent lives but I will do anything for the destruction of the church, this is simply sacrificing some small amount of people to save the whole of humanity"

"Sooner or later, this creatures will drag the attention of the church because they will attack on its territory"

"Ah Malcolm How low have you fallen, what even made you betray the church in the first place?" Master Zach sighed.

"The church... everything about it it's fake"

"It is not what it appears to be, they are evil beyond your imaginations, we are simply pawns been manipulated while we fully trust those manipulators" Malcolm explained.

"There is a much bigger conspiracy, I stumbled across an ancient book that made me to start doubting the church's ways and they find out"

"They sent me on a suicide mission fully knowing it will result in the death of me and my fellow brothers and sisters"

"They release the news that I am dead and the whole world believe that but I am fully alive and more aware than ever"

"I simply want to stop all this madness and to do that, no matter the cost, the church of radiance must be destroyed!" Malcolm stated with a fierce glint in his eyes.

Master Zach stood silent taking everything his old friend said, "You are beyond saving, Malcolm, you didn't hesitate to take the innocent lives of people"

Master Zach raised his head and meet Malcolm's gaze, "I will have to stop you"
