"Kris" my mother shouted as she ran, moving quickly out the front door.
letting out a sigh, I walked out after the child. putting my hand on my mother shoulder telling her to calm down, as she held a wooden spoon close to her chest eyes raging a storm, my eyes scattered across the room as I flinched uncontrollably.
The dark, wet concrete was slippery as I chased after my sister. Droplets of water fell from the sky, as I picked up my speed. The dark storm clouds hung low over the old city, just as the sky rumbled.
My eyes folded onto each other as I glanced up, lighting flashed brightly.
I could see my sister's frame a few feet in front of me. Her bright blonde hair like a halo as the dim street light bounced off. Her hands were tightly wrapped around herself as she trembled.
Two men stood in front of her looking down. A sinister smile laced on their thin lips. Scratching my head I walked up to her pulling her behind me. Glaring at the men, disgusted as I looked at their ragged appearance. Like apes hair covered their body. Swallowing I pushed my sister further behind me.
Their eyes glowed a deep maroon as they stood still in their places. I could feel my sister's arm shake.
Tapping her arm as she stood frozen, fear deeply buried in her eyes. I whispered under my breath
" run ".
