"Guys, i made friends with the new girl! I announced, Eleven sat next to us at lunch and i could see Mike's eyes widened, then he said,"still up for studying y/n?" I chuckle."Of course i am, hopefully it's a challenge."

"My name's..Eleven, Jane said. "Weird name, Lucas said."Who named you that?" "I grew up in a lab, Eleven explained. "Oh, well, i think it's a cool name,El, Mike said.

"El?"

"ya know, short for eleven, do you like that?"

She nodded and blushed, i felt jealousy for some reason, but brushed it off as i started to eat my lunch. "Mike, are you flirting? Max asked, jokingly. "Nah, I just met her, he said, biting a piece of his sandwich."She's very pretty though. Y/N, are you okay?"

I frown."I'm fine, you know, i have to do something really quick." Mike nodded, and continued chatting with El as i walked to the bathroom and slammed the door behind me. I was a bit upset, i mean, i had always tried to get Mike to at least acknowledge my feelings for him.

El, i should have never befriended her, even though i just met her today. Maybe i was overreacting, and i probably was, y/n l/n always is an overreactor, but i had a good reason to, i guess.

"You okay? a girl asked, approaching me. i sniff."Not really, i thought... i had good friends..." I was envious, especially considering my friends were distancing already once El came. "My name's Evangeline, you can call me Eva, and you are-She asked. "y/n, i reply. "I can introduce you to my friends, would you like that? She asked.

I nod,and follow behind her before she enters the cafeteria, she had a few friends or at least people i saw. "Guys, meet Y/N, y/n meet jack, rosalyn, derek, and Jaeden, Eva introduced, everyone said hey as i sat down, i felt happier, i glanced over, all of my friends speaking to El.

Was this the right choice?

Yeah, i didn't feel like i fit in with them anymore, at least at that moment. "So y/n, did you have any other friends here? Jack asked. I nod."Not anymore, they have better people now." Jaeden frowned."That sucks, we can be your friends now."

"I'd like that."

I smiled,this made me feel a lot better honestly, i admit, i get jealous sometimes, but not as easily as today for some reason.

"So it's official! Y/N L/N has joined our group!"
