So this situation in which I found myself was indeed connected to the purple flames before my death and my affirmative answer to that question. Should I ask her why I have been kept waiting here for so long? But I don't want to risk any chances of irritating her If she thought that I questioned her work competency. Or worse, angering her. She said that she was a High-Rank Demon so I don't want to imagine what she could actually do to me. Maybe I am being too cautious but she still is seemingly a very powerful person and a Demon at that.

If this is a chance for second life I don't want to ruin it.

She was muttering about some error in the system when she came here. She also said that I am the first formerly male soul that ever came here. Are these two things connected? Maybe she will tell me. Also, I have a wrong feeling about the word 'formerly' in being a formerly male soul.

"Are you done with your thinking? I would like to move on and start doing my job. You also want to know about your situation no?" She interrupted my line of thoughts with her sweet voice.

"What is going to happen to me now?" I asked simply.

She smiled at me and started her explanation. "You were judged worthy to become a member of the MULTIVERSE DEMON AGENCY or MDA for short and you willingly joined. Congratulation, you became a part of our big demon family. Now you will be reincarnated as a Demon in some random universe with three random Gifts. The Gifts range from powers to items from animes, mangas, books, and movies." She stopped and mysteriously smiled at me. "Of course, you will get a new body as your old is dead and left in your former world, basically useless. You don't have to worry, although your new body will be again randomly selected you will certainly not be disappointed. Everybody you can possibly end up with is beautiful and has some perks. But the race of your new body will be chanced to a Demon so there can be some changes in its characteristics. Mainly physiological and possibly changes to magic and its affinity"

"Well, this was a brief explanation. You can now ask me some questions and I will do my best to answer them if I can. After that, we can move to the main part." She finished and waited for my questions.

I was bursting with happiness. I will really be reincarnated and will have a new healthy body with some powers or items from fiction. I am finally going to be able to fully enjoy life. But depending on which world I end up in. If I end up in a world like Dark Souls I would rather try my luck again and hope for a second chance of reincarnation. "Our God, the Great Demonic Tree of Chaos, the Progenitor of All Demons, the Incarnation of Everlasting Darkness and the Source of Countless Curses." She spoke with favor and awe. "These are Their Honorific Names and it's in your best interest to remember them." She gives me a look, daring me to do otherwise. I hurriedly nodded.

"The MDA is merely one of many branches of our God which has the purpose of spreading Their influence. And we are with Their Demon Seed reborn as Demons. Our God's children. And we are also fortunate to be given three Gifts and now body thanks Their grace. Although the things you get depend on your luck."

So I have actually become a member of a demonic cult, good to know. I will also bear Their seed in my body. That sounds so wrong in many ways. Curse on you my imagination. It is rather unsettling. The thought that something here is influencing my personality. A normal person should maybe panic in this situation or be in denial. And here I am calmly discasing about reincarnation, multiversal organization of demons, and some eldritch sounding God whom I will have to worship and serve now from the looks of it. It is not like I was not a calm person but I was not this easygoing normally.

That way it will be better for you and every soul is unique after all. As for the compatibility with the Demon Seed. The higher it is the more demonic energy you will get when converting any type of energy like magic or ki into it. Demon Seed is a core part of Demon's cultivation into higher realms of power from the initiate realm of Low-Rank Demon. To me, it took only a little over three hundred years to reach the realm of High-Rank Demon from Low-Rank Demon." She said the last part with a voice full of pride and I felt a powerful and confident aura radiating from her. So I will become a demonic cultivator. Or cultivating demons?

"There are many benefits of being a Demon. The first is Imperfect Immortality. After a certain time of being a Demon, you will stop age. It is usually around the age of twenty. Every Demon is immortal and can possibly live forever if they are smart, careful, and have a will to live. The only thing that can kill you is the destruction of your Demonic Seed with a strong enough spiritual attack or attack of Holy attribute. You can also die with the destruction of your soul.

Second, a Demon Form. I am right now in Demon Form. In it, you grow a pair of black pointy horns and the sclera of your eyes turns black. Every aspect of your demonic nature will be amplified to a certain degree. It mainly depends on your Rank and soul power. But in this form, you are more prone to act on your desires.

Third, Darkness attributes affinity. You will have unparalleled talent with everything that has a conection with darkness and shadows from magic to martial arts.

Fourth, Demonic energy manipulation. Its name is explanatory.

Fifth, Enhanced Regeneration. As long as you have demonic energy from your Demon Seed you can heal any physical wound. You can even regrow limbs.

Sixth, Soul Sight. You can see the strenght and purity of others' souls. But you can't see souls stronger than your own.

Seventh, Demon Familiar Creation. You can form contracts with and turn other creatures into Demon Familiars if they are willing. They will be linked to your soul and Demon Seed so even if they are killed as long as their soul is undamaged their bodies can be recreated with your demonic energy. You can make only three Familiars so choose wisely as they can be your companions for eternity.

These are the perks of being a Demon. As for cons then there is only weakness to the Holy attribute. You should know that in your Demon From is amplified even this weakness." I will be immortal and I can make three Familiars so I won't be lonely in my oncoming long life. I will lose my humanity but I don't care. My life as a human so far was most of the time boring and full of pain. I haven't even lived my life. How could I when most of it I spend lying in bed in the hospital connected to cardiodiagram and escaping reality with help of books and anime? The only good thing in my past life was my mother. I really hope she is alright.
