In simple words, Cold Weapons consume the least amount of stamina, as their consumption is only the wear and tear caused by a fight.

As for the hot weapons, the more the bullets fired, the more the consumption.

However, it is still the best ability for Frank as with this; he no longer needs to carry weapons.

From now on, he himself is a weapon.
