I signed out loud, had a small stretch... and then sat down on the ashen field.

I don't know what I want to do. For some reason... all this shit I'm dealing with every day... I'm kinda tired of waking up, trying to do something, and getting interrupted. I'm getting stronger because of it but... I want to progress naturally. I don't feel like I've won anything.

Maybe I should just end this war instead of dragging it on.

I have the resources to do so.

But I really, really want the precious information that Origin members always seem to have. It could help me breakthrough in a variety of ways, and it might just help when I want to kill the Neolithid.

I got up from my lazy stupor, there was a gathering of many Harpies... male and female, some short and some tall... they were about as diverse as players. Maybe I should do something with the harpies. They will slowly become more intelligent over time, so it might be a good idea to kick start that intelligence.

I grabbed a large one by the fluff of their collar, in my other hand I gathered mana to create a large crystal. I haven't performed alchemy much on a living being, but it will be wo-

... with just a tad bit of resistance, I fuse the large crystal into the core of the harpy. Immediately it started changing.

The other harpies looked on in horror. They had no clue what was happening, was I killing this harpy? Why would I do that? They had no idea.

The Big harpy I had in my grasp became larger, it's plumage more bright and brilliant with an ever present sparkling, it's talons sharper and longer... it skin more clean and clear...

Agh, I didn't expect it to talk... let alone yell.

The Harpy queen's feathers fluttered and scuppered as she mindlessly panicked, the other harpies looked less scared and more confused at this point, when my words finally reached it she sat down and started resting.

I went to grab another harpy, they were weary of me and didn't approach let alone allow me to approach. Using my Boot's small warp ability, I grabbed a male harpy by the scruff with a quick teleport... I preformed the same procedure. It shook and fought back while I was doing it, but it couldn't escape my Iron grasp.

With that, I left to go take a nap. This will sort itself out, and with a leader... the harpies will develop faster, grow stronger, and most importantly... stop bugging me all the time.
