Malekith reached out. Using the extra sense afforded to him by the life that exists in all places, he lifted the stones around him. Cross legged, he floated into the air, orbited by 100 stones the weight of grown men. Pushing his power to the limit, Malekith made them orbit faster, more securely. Getting deeper into his focus, he made the stones orbit in an ungulating pattern, irregular, yet perfect.
After an unknown time, he dropped from the sky.
Panting, he checked the time.
" 15 minutes, new...*pant*...new record."
This had been Malekith's 'power test' over the years. He had started with a single stone, at about 40 lbs, he had held it above him for about 30 seconds. He started using the technique as practice and conditioning.
He also learned where the complete control came in. He could use *any* force power. It was an uphill battle and fucking sucked to learn, but if he spent enough time, any power was within his grasp, including divination. He had finally made a plan.
Also, the newly proclaimed Darth Bane had arrived on Rusaan.
In preparation, Malekith was discreetly placing every artifact he could aboard a sith dreadnaught he had requisitioned in exchange for information on the location of Dromund Kas. The information he had given was completely false, but none of the Brotherhood would live long enough to figure that out. He also started to get a care package ready for a certain Dark Lord.
Malekith had also started to expand a network of spy's and informants. He wasn't being subtle either, he made sure the galaxy's underground knew he was looking for contacts.
Malekith figured he could keep the title of Grand Curator, he quite enjoyed it. He also had his next target, Chiss space had been awfully quiet.
He also created another plan, he needed a healthy respect, so he would start a private military force outside of republic jurisdiction. He figured he'd keep track of the major players in the Galaxy and make sure they didn't fuck things up.
The acadamy's remaining students would likely go with Malekith, there were quite a few force sensitive children he would take to the Jedi, nowhere else was safe for them. While he didn't entirely agree with the Jedi doctrine, he wouldn't send the children anywhere else.
He created a trust with the banking clan to be equally divided among the children when they came of age. He had about 2 months before the collapse of the Brotherhood. Then the wait would begin.

Kaan knew something was wrong. The Curator was withdrawing, albeit slowly, from the archive on Korriban. Every day he pulled slightly further away, a prediction. It convinced him to follow through with the insanity that was the thought bomb.
If a being as powerful in the force as The Curator was had a dark prediction, it meant the end was near, but Bane's plan might just be insane enough to work.
The man hadn't failed him yet, had he?
