After knowing a little bit about this place James was a bit relieved. Now he needed to make a choice on whether to follow this ancestor's path and continue with the tunnel or believe in the system prompt and try finding the surprise hidden below this ice.

Both the choices needed him to the way of Ice miner. So he didn't have to worry about losing his daily income.

After thinking about the pros and cons for a long time he decided to give up the path of the previous cave owner and become a full-time ice digger and try finding what the system has hinted about.

He has made this decision after thinking about all the things. Even though there was some hope in following the previous owner's footsteps he didn't know if that person was successful or not or how long it will take him. But till now he has come to know that the system was omnipotent and it was better to trust the system.

With these thoughts, James took the fire shovel placed beside him and started his mining work.

After a long period of time, he came out of the tunnel and took a fast meal, and then went to work again. He doesn't know why but his body seems to have got stronger. Even after such a long period of strenuous activities, he didn't feel much fatigue.

With the increase in James's labor work, the Ice in the market also kept increasing. But due to the huge difference in the supply and demand, the market value of Ice didn't fall much.

At night when James returned from his today's last digging shift and was having the meal, he opened the chatbox.

As soon as the chat box was opened he was bombarded with messages.

"Did you see, the Iceman has put a lot of ice on the shelves.",

"Yes, he has been putting ice on the trade for two days continuously."

"What do you think he had found? hoe can there be so much Yin Ice."

"Maybe he has found an element core for Yin Ice."

"Yes, Yes. This can be the only explanation. What a lucky guy. Why didn't I find these core."

"Big Boss Iceman do you want a little brother, I can work for you 18hours a day."

"Fuck off upstairs, what does the Big boss need a boy for. Boss the most beautiful lady here requests your support. If we meet you can have whatever you want."

Seeing the non-sense from the public chat James closed it immediately and took a look at the private chat. His private chat was also flooded with messages. But most of them were non-sense which James directly filtered out.

While scrolling the remaining messages he found a few useful messages mostly asking to trade some things.

"Boss, can I trade this for some Ice and food." this was a message from a young boy.

The thing he offered was actually an ordinary-looking stone. Looking at the thing James was about to block this guy when he thought about something, 'since this guy dares to send a private message to me this thing can't be ordinary.'

Thinking in such a way James send a transaction to him,

"Trade: Unknown Stone

For: 2L worth of Yin Ice, Cup noodle x1."

After stating his price James didn't look at the result since he didn't want to waste his time bargaining on this unknown stone.

After scrolling for some more time he didn't anything useful except for some ordinary furniture drawings.

Since there was nothing useful he closed the game panel and hurriedly finished the soup remaining in the noodles and then went to sleep.

When trying to seep he found a new issue, the fungus was not artificial lights and can't be turned off, and due to the disturbance of the light, he was not able to sleep easily.

After tossing and turning for a long time he was eventually swept into the world of dreams.

There was a vast forest with huge and tall trees like pillars supporting the sky. This forest didn't specifically look dangerous instead the greenery here had a soothing feeling and everything was very refreshing. But the tall and wide trees showed that this forest was not ordinary.

Even the smallest grass below the trees was ten times bigger than humans.

In the deepest part of the forest on a tall tree, there was a small hole in the bark at the intersection of a branch. Inside this hole, there were few dry leaves spread around while a young man was sitting in a corner.

This is Luke, he was from a small city in the human province on Mars, his family belonged to the lowest level of citizens and his parents worked in the metal factory on the mars. Due to the family conditions, he has not been able to grow up healthily and was always malnourished.

When he was graduated his parents had already asked him to quit the moment he enter the world. When he came here though he was not willing to accept his fate. So he decided to wait and see.

But fate didn't seem to give up too. And he was spawned in this forest inside this hole. Just after taking a glance at the humongous trees and dense forest around he was short of breath and hid inside the hole. Even though he had a chance to give up he didn't want to. After hiding for a full day with any food and water he kept himself motivated seeing the chat panel.

But today his hunger took better of him and he decided to take a look around to find anything to eat. And this time he found a huge stone on the tree branch. What made him suspicious about this stone was not its size though but that it seemed to have grown on the branch of the tree itself.

He first thought it was a fruit and tried to open it but he was not strong enough and lacked any good tools. When he was going to give up he thought of trading it to the tyrant who sells Yin Ice in the chat. Since he didn't think anyone else might want to trade this seemingly useless thing with him for precious food and water.

The whole day went by without any response, when he was thinking that the boss didn't want his things at night, the boss send a trade request. Seeing it he didn't even think about it and directly accepted it. The he did so the big stone on the branch socket disappeared.
