"Wolf, if you help me, then I will give you more power!" Bob screamed at the top of his lungs, his eyes scanning the area, dodging blades and fierce punches, 'Did the wolf even understand him?' Bob couldn't care less, but this was serious!
Before he could try using sign language or howling for aid, the wolf leapt out of the darkness and attacked a goblin. As the other goblins turned to the small wolf, they cackled. How was a small wolf going to deal any damage to them?
Bob reached out his hand, grinning as the wolf mauled one of the goblins to death. As the wolf began to increase in size, its blue fur emitting a fierce glow, the goblins felt the atmosphere around them change, and they staggered back.

Watching the smile wipe from their faces, Bob stood smug. He watched as the blue wolf leapt forward, swinging its paws and smashing another goblin to a bloody pulp. The others attacked, but the situation had changed, the wolf's claw shedding three goblins.

"Five goblins… dead in an instant…" Bob was awed by this power. He did not even get the chance to kill steal as the wolf performed vicious insta-kills, wiping out the goblin force in a few seconds. He watched as the other eight tried to run, and he leapt into action.
Swinging his blade, he made quick work of the escaping goblins, claiming a total of 80 XP! As all of the goblins died, the doors unlocked, and Bob heaved a sigh of relief, 'If the doors hadn't unlocked, then I would have had to kill myself to escape this mess… wait, what?'
Bob stared at the new screen that had appeared before him.

"I see." Bob nodded his head and rubbed his chin, narrowing his eyes. After a while, he stripped the goblins of their weapons, opening his mouth to speak calmly, "Store these items in my inventory."
As soon as his voice fell, all of the weapons vanished from sight. Bob stood to his feet, leading a calm Demon Lord into the next room. The wolf did not attack him again, and Bob decided to leave it.
He would need it as a shield to escape this place after all.
They passed the room of goblins and entered the next room through the golden door. A massive horned cockroach fell from the sky, its exoskeleton gleaming in a pulsing gold light. Bob felt his skin crawl watching the cockroach run towards them.
Before it got the chance to deal damage, the blue wolf attacked and exoskeleton fragments were sent flying. Bob watched calmly as the wolf retrieved its claws, and the notification appeared.

As the remains of the cockroach, slapped to a black gooey pulp, fell to the ground, Bob and his temporary ally walked in the dark until they reached the next door. It was coloured red.
"Huh?" Bob paused, turning to the blue wolf. It looked just as clueless as he was, "I guess you've never been this far then. I should probably be careful this time." He stepped back, pocketing a hand.
'I can only imagine the numerous sunrises that this one could bring. It is best to leave things to my do—tank." Bob cleared his throat, tightening his grip around his dagger and stepping forth with the wolf, walking through the door, and into the new area.

Reading the screen that appeared before him, his eyes gleamed in a soft light. This place was not as dark as the others, torches lining up the walls to the next golden door — well — three doors. The plain expression on Bob's face turned grim, and he sighed.
'I should have paid more attention to the tutorial.' Bob cried internally, walking until he stood at the centre of the room, right before a statue. The statue was a humanoid, but it was bent in a weirdly awkward stance, and Bob stood confused, 'Is this art?'
Tears streamed down the side of its face to the ground — bloody tears. Bob did not want to find out where the blood came from, so he ignored it. The statue was donned in sturdy armour and held a long blade in its hands.
"Hmm…" as he reached out to touch the statue, the door behind them slammed shut. There was a loud chorus of laughter, and the statue began to move. Staggering back, Bob held his blade, feeling a coldness creep up his spine, "It is alive?"

The monster moved fast, swinging its blade in a wide arc. Bob leapt back to dodge, but he was too slow, and the edge of the blade left a gashing mark across his chest. As his blood sprayed, Bob's felt blood rush into his face, and his eyes set on fire!

His wolf guard leapt into action quickly, swinging its paws at the golem. The golem moved as fast as the wind, slipping through the wolf's attack and leaping ahead for a cutthroat attack, but its strike was seen through by Bob, who pulled a blade from inventory and hurled it.
As the strike hit home, the statue staggered to the side, and the wolf's paw landed on its back. As the statue was crushed under its paws, the wolf lifted it, thinking the golem was done for. But, in the next instance, the golem got up, unharmed!
It sliced off a paw from the blue wolf, leaping into the air and dashing for the wolf's face. With a fierce swing, the monster's blade crashed into the wolf's right eye. When it was done, it landed and then shifted its gaze to Bob. Before the golem could attack, the wolf did.

The poor golem was sent rolling metres into the air, spinning like a disco disc until it crashed into a wall, sliding to the ground weakly. Bob dashed forward and kicked the monster in its head. As both head and toes connected, there was silence. A… long… silence…
"Eiyahhhhh!" Bob howled, grabbing his foot and limping around. For every action, there was an equal and opposite reaction. Bob had not calculated kicking a Level 5 Golem was way worse than punching his wall during gaming rage quits…
