130 Sinsiter Surprise Part 3

The first version of the Sinister Six almost killed Spider-man years ago and ever since it was always a hard fight for the wall crawler. Something every New Yorker knew. What could be worse than facing one of your villains? Of course it was more of them, not to mention working together.

Of course you couldn't find too many videos or pictures of the fights, but the disappearance or inactivity of Spider-man after facing them was always felt. Sending a quick distress call to the professor, Jean quickly looked for an escape.

She and Rogue could take a few bad guys down, but all of them together was probably impossible. A sudden psychic warning sounded again as Jean dodged to the side pulling Rogue with her. *Bam* Some type of high impact bullets slammed into the place both women were just standing as a new group of people appeared behind them.

Decked out in Kevlar and matching uniforms, the picture of a skull with tentacles on their uniforms told all who this new group was.

Hydra!

"Capture both alive if possible and quickly, Spider-man shouldn't be too far off." 'Rogue get us out of here!'

Jean sent a quick mental command towards Rogue as she sent out a telekinetic blast in both directions. The hydra agents quickly got behind cover as the shock wave hit, flinging rubble around, while the super villains used their own methods to dissipate the wave.

Not needing to be told twice, Rogue quickly grabbed Jean by the armpits and started to rocket upwards. "Where are you going, stay for the performance." Just as they reached the second floor of the mall, the quiet whispered voice sounded in both ears and the room turned black.

Looking around in confusion, both were caught off guard as 20 Mysterio clones appeared around them, each firing a type of green beam at them. Jean put up a barrier to deflect the attack while Rogue started to use evasive flying to get around, still trying to go up and out of there.

They both knew it was an illusion, Mysterio being one of Spider-man's biggest villains, but that didn't mean they knew which attack was real and which one wasn't, they had never thought someone like this before, that completely messed with their senses.

It was as they were trying to defend themselves that a bigger form appeared from nowhere and tackled Rogue out of the air. The large form of the Scorpion seemed to shatter the illusion they were under and Jean realized they back near the ground, the space they had gained by making it to the second floor gone.

Let go from a not so comfortable height, Jean splayed her arms quickly to stop her fall, succeeding as she landed back on the ground. She didn't have any time to rest though as Kraven came in from the side, knife aiming for her leg. The first attack was blocked by her telekinetic barrier before the second was avoided.

The force behind the attacks and the ferocity of the hunter quickly put Jean onto the back foot as she tried to focus her mind and concentrate. Kraven wasn't giving her any time though; he pushed relentlessly as Jeans' close quarter combat was put to the test.

What she couldn't block she shielded, though most of her telekinetic blasts she sent out in a panic were telegraphed and completely dodged by the hunter. It was quickly becoming a losing fight. From the side of her eye Jean could make out both Electro and Scorpion ganging up on Rogue to keep her in check.

Jean began to worry as she sent out feelers with her mind, trying to sense for Mysterio, but once again she couldn't find him, she realized at that moment he must have had something that blocked her telepathy.

'Just like what Peter made!'

The fight continued for another few seconds, the leader of the new sinister six still standing to the side, along with his hydra goons circling around them. Jean could just make out shocker moving closer. They were trying to box her in and they were succeeding.

She was running out of time!

No she wouldn't go down like this! She didn't know who this man was, but how he talked before, she wouldn't allow herself to be captured.

A fire lit within her eyes as her powers pushed forth, as she dodged back once again, her foot stomped forwards sending a kinetic blast that threw up the concrete before her. Kraven though wasn't to be taken lightly, his quick reflexes showed as he quickly did a flip backwards and made room, her attack hitting nothing.

Landing next to shocker, his eyes narrowed and Jean could tell he wanted to take her on alone, but the hydra leader once again spoke up. "Kraven, Shocker, quickly finish her, the other two are having a little trouble."

A small smile came to Jean's lips as her eyes shifted to Rogue using the statue that used to be in the middle of the room as a baton to swat at Electro and Scorpion. Jean could tell she was getting tired, but they were holding their own.

Now she just had to finish her fight.

Determination filled her as she slightly hovered off the ground her powers seeming to swell like she had never felt before, ready for the coming fight.

Kraven and shocker both looked at each other at the display before nodding and moving forward together. Just as the fight looked to resume a new sound made itself known. *Ting* *Ting* Ting* Kraven was the first to notice as he dropped to the ground just dodging a red and blue blur that skimmed over his prone body.

Shocker wasn't so lucky. *Urgh* The air was driven out of him as something slammed smack bang into his side, *Ting*, another sound rang out as the blur raced around the room, hitting one of two of the hydra agents that wasn't paying attention.

*Ting*

Finally with one last sound and another hydra agent on the ground, the blur flew back to the one that threw it. The leader frowned as his eyes turned over to one of the entrances to the mall. 4 people stood there, their own gear at the ready.

Having caught his shield, Captain America surveyed the enemy, his eyes narrowing at the Hydra logos spread out before him. To his side stood the Black Widow her stingers powered up and charged, while Laura was to his other side, angry eyes locked onto Kraven as he slowly got back up.

Iron Man flew just slightly above them, arms and repulsor's at the ready. "Ohh you guys really messed up this time." Above him on the second floor just out of sight Clint had an arrow already knocked and ready to go.

The hydra leader didn't say anything for a few seconds, but did frown, he wasn't expecting the Avengers, or those two other subjects, but he could still make this work. He just couldn't take any chances.

"Kill them."

"Avengers! Take them down!"
