Another cultivator, similarly enraged by the man's announcement, chimed in by saying, "That's right. How will we protect our territory like that?"

When the peace treaty had been signed, the universal government had made sure that, in case a new faction was discovered in the depths of space, the other groups would have to give their support in subduing it.
