Ep.14 Chaos Before The Storm

While Mike was meditating on the ground he felt a stick poke his mask before Raiu let out a hissing sound and Mike opened his eyes to see a teenager with glasses holding the stick as he sat down on the ground while keeping his distance from Mike

Before Mike patted Raiu's head to calm it down before he turned to the teenager and said while he held his staff on his lap

"Can I help you? It's not very nice to poke someone with a stick"

The teenager just put down the stick and pulled out his phone and was about to take a photo of Mike and Raiu before Mike used his staff to hit the phone out of the teenagers hand causing the teenager to yell in anger

"What was that for?! I was just going to take a photo of you and your familiar!"

Mike stood up and said while pointing the staff at the teenager

"I don't like unwanted photos of me being took"

The teenager scoffed and yelled as he puffed out his chest

"You should be honoured for my attention"

Mike looked the teenager up and down and said

"And you are?"

The teenager looked shocked and said as he started to grow claws while he showed some fangs growing from his mouth

"The names Gideon Grames, blessed with a Unique class that allows me to transform into a Werewolf you may bow to my glory"

Mike just rolled his eyes and turned around to go find Scarlet as he heard Gideon to yell as Mike started walking away

"HEY! DONT YOU WALK AWAY FROM ME!"

Mike ignored Gideon before he heard Raiu hissing before a ThunderBolt was fired from Raiu causing Mike to turn around to see Gideon standing directly in front of him before Gideon grabbed Raiu and threw him into a light pole that was in the middle of the parking lot and caused Mike to hear a frightening message

[Your Familiar [Raiu] has sustained 893 damage and has been rendered unconscious, please heal Familiar [Raiu] immediately using [Thunder Bolt]]

Mike scream as loud as he could as he ran over to Raiu

"Raiu! NOOO!"

However before Mike could reach Raiu Mike was thrown into a car by Gideon and felt like he broke a few ribs before he casted [Self-Heal] on himself when he noticed Gideon standing over him before he said to Mike who was on one of his knees from the pain

"Bow and beg for forgiveness for Ignoring Me I'll even spare your pet by keeping it for myself"

Mike just spat some blood in Gideons face and Yelled

"Go to hell!"

Gideon balled up one of his fists and said as he was about to punch Mike

"HOW DARE YOU! I'LL END YOU!"

Mike just closed his eyes and braced for it before he heard a deep and gritty voice said

"Enough"

Mike opened his eyes to see Violet holding Gideons hand in place as her eyes changed and her skin on her hand slowly morphed into scales on a reptile while she slowly began to crush Gideons hand as she asked Mike

"Are you alright?"

Mike picked up his staff and used it as a cane as he slowly walked through the crowd to where Raiu was to find it breathing in and out steadily but was clearly in pain as Mike held his hand To Raiu and said as a tear dropped down his face from underneath the mask

"[Thunder Bolt]"

Once the spell was casted some people in the crowd naturally began to think that Mike was intentionally trying to kill Raiu however for Mike a system message appeared for Mike after all the electricity disappeared

[Your Familiar [Raiu] has recovered 87 health from [Electricity Absorption] however it is Still recommended to continue healing Familiar [Raiu] to full health]

After seeing Raiu was getting some small health from the Thunderbolt that Mike had casted Mike started casting [Thunder Bolt] rapidly before he was left with only 18 mana and couldn't move an inch as he saw Raiu slowly move towards Mike and slither up his arm before Mike heard Scarlets voice yell in anger

"WHAT IS GOING ON HERE!?"

Mike used his remaining strength and sat up against the base of the light post as he noticed scarlet looking at Mike in horror before she looked around and yelled

"WHO HARMED MY GUEST!? SHOW YOURSELF!"

Just then Violet was heard saying as she dragged Gideon who had his arm sticking out in different directions while having a black eye and a few missing teeth

"Gideon caused the scene"

Scarlet looked at Gideon with disgust and said

"Take him back to the Guild Headquarters for punishment, I need a healer to heal my guest now"

Mike shook his head and faintly said as he held out Raiu who was resting in his hands

"I just need to recover my mana, just heal Raiu please"

Scarlet felt disappointed in herself and instructed the healers to just heal Raiu before Raiu let out a [Thunder Bolt] to signal for everyone to stay away before Mike patted Raiu's head to calm Raiu down before he heard Scarlet say to one of the Hunter Initiative members

"Due to unexpected incidents, we will forfeit our right to explore this dungeon"

Mike didn't want to waste the opportunity and yelled as he stood up

"Wait!"

Scarlet and the hunter initiative member turned to Mike and heard him say as he stood up on his feet

"I can still do this"

Scarlet kept looking at Mike with a genuine smile and said to the hunter Initiative member

"Never mind, we'll be able to continue"

Scarlet then turned around and said to the Guild Members

"Exploration will commence in 5 Minutes!"
