Elise came back to the carriage after a few hours of" negotiating"with the man shadow brought back while I helped the goblins bring out there dead five of them died do to what happened lazza's mother was one of them others were seriously injured but should survive none of the guards got hurt because they have something to counter this it was something the humans used when fighting the elves in the war a long time ago before they could stop the worms it was extremely dangerous
After Elise came back we buried the dead with a funeral to pay or respects lazza wanted to burned he mother's corpse so she could keep the ashes we didn't pry into why after settling everything we started on our way again inside the carriage Elise had a tense expression on her face " what is it " I asked her after a little while and Amelia was asleep across from us she looked at me as I had my head in her lap " it was the king who sent the assassin to kill us using the goblins to take the blame with Amelia" I looked at Elise not sure what to say
"did he tell you why " I asked her She shook her head " he didn't know he was only given a target not the reason behind it " we stay silent for a bit " Elise I'm truly sorry about all this i feel non of this would be

Back in the human kingdom
" have you heard back from him " the king who was sitting on the throne asked one of his advisors in front of him the man shock his head " no your majesty we haven't heard anything for 2 weeks since we got word he was going to attack the carriages " the king clicked his tongue " what do we do now my king"
The king sighs " we can do nothing now if we did we could break the treaty if that happens it won't just be the elves we have to worry about " The king said while looking at the letter in his hand " it's to bad he wasn't able to kill that boy I hopefully he doesn't become a thorn in my side" he continued

I looked out the window of the carriage looking at the city from the only road that leads in without mist the wooden city of the elves still amazes me it has been two weeks since the attack it has been peaceful for the most part Amelia has been a little bit distant after what happened while the goblins stared to keep to themselves a couple of the guards tried to cheer them up or let them know it wasn't there fault it helped a little bit but you can't get over losing control over your body
Lazza stopped coming by but Elise went to her to make sure she was ok and to keep training her they got a bit close a couple hours later we made it to the palace Elise's mother was coming out of the palace as we disembark the carriage she came over to Elise hugging her for a while
it was Elise's first time leaving the kingdom in a while she missed her daughter while she was gone she then saw me standing next them and pulled me in the hug to " your going to be family soon don't be afraid to get a hug from me " she said after breaking the hug she looked over us she noticed my hurt shoulder and the goblins she frowned a little bit " come inside we will go see zamel then you can tell me all that has happened" she said leading us inside
Some time later we were in the training room so everyone could fit zamel came to us and we started explaining what has happened to us since we left " wow kid you are something else I wouldn't have thought you would do all that especially try to take in a random tribe of goblins " zamel said as he treated the wounded it was a little surprising for the most part they have a open mind about it helping the goblins
The queen had a thoughtful expression on her face " we should be able to help them by keeping them in the palace for a bit so nothing happens to them and the can decide what they want to do" she said after thinking I looked over too her " thank you for that" she smiled at me " I'm just glad you aren't like most humans it make me more sure that you are the one for my daughter I'll go back now to get things arranged for them " standing up she left
Elise walked over to giving a kiss on my cheek " I'm going to take Amelia home make sure she is alright I nodded to her then she left it was just zamel and the goblins zamel was going around healing the injured a magic circle appeared every time he did lazza came over to me " thank you again for doing this for us " I looked at her " your welcome like I said I just doing what I feel is right "she looked a little hesitant " I heard from the princess that you were planning to do a elite guard using the strange weapons you brought with us" she asked eventually
I looked at her a bit shocked that Elise would tell her but I guess she must trust her then if she did I nod " yes I was planning on doing something like that" she hesitated again then looked at me with a determined expression
" I want to be on that elite team " I smiled at her "are you sure it will be very dangerous and I need someone extremely loyal so I can trust them to have my back while holding there own" I say to her
She got on one knee "I swear to you that I will fight and die for you and give you my eternal loyalty as the next elven king or beyond its the least I can do to repay you for what you have done for us " she said with passion I looked at her a bit shocked not sure what to say " if that's what you want I will give you a chance now stand my first elite guard " I said after a little bit she stood with a smile on her face " thank you for accepting me my king " she said I looked at her weirdly
" did Elise tell you to call me that I can not speak for what the future queen may or may not have done " she said standing tall looking slightly away I just shook my head at this chuckling a little bit we waited for the queen to come back and zamel to finish the entire time lazza stayed beside me
After the queen came back we headed to the rooms the goblins will stay in after making sure everyone was ok zamel went back to his study to well study after make sure everyone got a room to stay the queen left i turned to lazza who has been beside me " do you want to go get your new weapon " I asked her she nods
We made our way back to the entrance were the carriages are... the maids and butlers were unloading I walked over to were the weapons are I opened the create pulling out a rifle I wasn't worried about keeping it a secret it looked like a SW-10 sniper with with a black body and slightly steam punk look with a gold image of a dragon fly looking insect in gold on it the barrel also was like a rail gun
I handed it to her "what do you think of it " she looked at it a bit confused about what it is I showed her how to hold it properly how to use the scope stuff like that afterwards she seemed to like " this thing is pretty cool when can I actually start learning to use it" she asked after I told her about everything " we will start tomorrow since it's getting late but you can keep it with you since it's not loaded any we should head back no " she looked a bit sad after that but happy to keep it
After walking her back to her room I go back to Elise's room since that were I'll stay now outside it Elise seem to have just gotten back too we noticed each other right before we go in Elise started kissing me we start to take our clothes off after we get inside Elise likes to fold up her clothes before we do any I always find it funny and cute she does it every time
