34.A Well Deserved Humiliation

[If Kate was hypothetically a Paragon which one would she most likely connect to for C.O.I.E?]

The world had finally witnessed the destruction of one of the most dangerous person in world, Erick's face was put all over the media..spreading the tragic news of his rampage; every hero and villain were either ready to find him and bring him in or the other vital option..which included murder

And yet despite being framed with these accusations, their were some heroes who didn't believe that Erick would do something like this..heroes such as Saturn Girl aka Imra Ardeen

Imra trusted Erick, she trusted him more than Mon-El who was apparently being praised as the hero who was the one that made this information public; deep down she wanted to believe otherwise but the thought of Mon-El doing something like this made her blood boil

It made her sick to her very core, Erick had suffered through more pain than she could possibly imagine..he wanted nothing more than to have some resembles of peace but Mon-El gave the world a reason to hunt Erick down like some kind of viciously rabid animal

She had informed Mia the minute that she knew as she suspected the fierce archer had the same reaction as her, Imra was caught up in her own thoughts that she failed to notice the man responsible for Erick's framing walk into the Legionaire base

The look on Mon-El's face said it all..he had such a smug smile he was practically grinning from ear to ear, the Daxamite moved his gaze onto Imra as she coldly glared at him

Imra:What are you doing here, Mon-El?

She asks him as she tries to focus on finding Erick as she types away at the holographic screens

Mon-El:We both know why im here, Imra..after all of these years..I finally did it; the world now knows the real face of the infamous Red Death

Imra grips the side of the table in front of her as she swipes her hand as she telekinetically pushes Mon-El back as he goes flying into a wall as his body slams into it

She moves her hand up as she pulls Mon-El towards her and slams him back and forth, up and down, side to side to the point where the entire room is filled with large holes in the walls as she finally brings him back over to her

Imra:After you made your grand departure to find Erick, I went through the Legionaire archive and noticed that something was missing..a certain vial of fear toxin; the same toxin that makes you hallucinate your worst fears..

She shows Mon-El a video of him throwing that toxin that Erick from a nearby camera as she zooms in and sees Erick's posture completely change

Imra:You used it fully knowing what it would do..you made Erick believe he was fighting against something he feared, you would've endangered the lives of innocent people if it wasn't for Supergirl and her friend intervening..

Mon-El is dropped to the ground as he groans in pain as he gets back up to his feet

Mon-El:And so what if I did? I just showed everyone how dangerous he is if he lost control!

The anger in Imra seethes through as she clenches her fists

Imra:Erick has been through enough, Mon-El!! He was tortured and abused by his own father! He was experimented on like a lab rat..and despite all of that anger and pain he held over the years; never once has he lashed out..all he wanted was to be left alone!!!

Before Mon-El could even reply the alarms around them blare red as Imra gives one last cold glare at Mon-El before pulling up what the alert is about

Imra:There's a large influx of energy..that's odd, it's says that it's coming from here--

A large beam of rainbow like energy comes out of nowhere as it pierces through the building and into the Legionaire base as Imra covers her eyes from the blinding colorful lights

The smoke clears around them as two menacing people step through the beam of rainbow energy as a tall man with dark armor wielding an axe in his hand stares at Mon-El

Thor:Are you Mon-El of Daxam?

Imra raises an eyebrow not fully understanding what's going on as she sees Mon-El nod his head 'yes'

Thor:Good..

The lights around them begin to flicker as lightning crackles through the Asgardians mystical axe

Before Mon-El could even react the axe is thrown with such great force as it hits Mon-El right in his chest as he goes flying through multiple walls of the Legionaire base and through multiple buildings as Thor and Sif just walk past Imra

Imra glanced at Sif as she gave a knowing look..the weren't here for her, they were here for Mon-El..and something told her it wasn't simply to talk

The God of Thunder held out his hand as he called back Stormbreaker into his grasp as the Daxamite spit out some blood from the pain

Mon-El:Why did you--?

Sif speeds forward and bashes Mon-El in the face with her shield as she knees him in the stomach and uppercuts him as hard as she possibly can as Daxamite blood paves the streets, the furious mother slams both of her hands on the side of Mon-El's head as he screams out in pain feeling his eardrums rupture

Lady Sif grabs Mon-El by his ghastly cape and wraps it around his throat as she slams his head into the ground over and over again, Mon-El tries to fight against her but her strength surpasses his own; she flips him over and kicks him across the face as she picks up Mon-El high into the air and hurls him over to Thor

The God of Thunder grips Stormbreaker as he spins around cuts through Mon-El's costume as Stormbreaker is deeply lodged into the Daxamite's chest as he can do is scream in agony: Thor holds his hand as Stormbreaker practically drags Mon-El over to him with the axe still in his chest as Thor holds up his mighty axe

He calls down some lightning as it comes out from above and strikes through Mon-El as the Daxamite could feel every cell in his body being completely fried; Thor rips Stormbreaker out of Mon-El but the God of Thunder is far from done

As he grabs Mon-El and forcefully drags his face across the streets for miles and miles leaving a line of broken concrete, Thor ends it by holding onto Mon-El's leg and throws him over to Sif like a ragdoll as she comes in full speed and bashes him in the back with her shield as the two come straight at Thor

The King of Asgard drops Stormbreaker as his fists crackle with lightning as he jumps up and hits Mon-El full force as you can hear a loud *KRACKATHOOM* the sheer force of the hit leaving Mon-El laying in the ground..ladies and gentlemen, I truly wish I could tell you it's over..but it wasn't

Sif pulls out her two bladed sword and stabs Mon-El right in his left leg as the blade pierces through his flesh and bone as Sif twists the blade in a circular motion as Mon-El cries feeling every ounce of pain

Mon-El:*weakly* P-Please s-stop..

But Sif just buries her blade deeper into his left leg and as she kneels down and stares at him

Sif:You ruined my son's life..all to prove something he was never meant to be and now we are here to show you the consequences to your selfish actions..

Sif rips her double sided sword from Mon-El's left leg as Thor picks Mon-El up by the throat as his eyes spark with lightning as he angrily tells the Daxamite

Thor:Erick Thawne is a far better man than will ever be..not only did you threaten him but you threaten someone close to me..

Thor buries his finger into Mon-El's left eye as he gauges it out as he squirms as the excruciating pain just begs for mercy; as Mon-El is screaming out for help the Daxamite is stabbed through the his shoulder by Sif as yanks out the blade from the other end

The pain had become too much for Mon-El to bare as he felt his strength fading away from him as a last ditch effort he threw a weak punch at Thor but the God of Thunder easily caught and crushed Mon-El's wrist

Thor summoned Stormbreaker back to him as he gestured for Sif to hold him in place as Thor flew up into the air as he mustered his strength and hurled his axe at Mon-El

Mon-El was unable to as Sif held him in place..as Stormbreaker cut off his right arm clean off as blood came gushing out of his body; the pain had overtaken him as Sif with one last hard punch knocked Mon-El so silence his cries as he fell forward

Thor landed in front of the Daxamite and looked down at him as he picked up Stormbreaker and wiped the blood off of his axe

Thor:He will survive..but I have a feeling that we should kill him..

As much as Sif desperately wanted..she knew that they needed him alive and in the current state he was in; he'd survive but barely enough to make it through

Sif:We both know what will happen if either does kill him..our children will remain in exil

Thor huffed in anger as he just grabbed Mon-El's cut off arm and tosses it aside as Sif dragged Mon-El over to her, Thor raised Stormbreaker into the air calling down the Bifrost as they were taken away back

They completed their mission..the Daxamite had alot to answer for and Erick was going to get his confession and freedom
