Zane walked with me as far as the elevator before we turned to each other and the words our mouths opened to say were swallowed each by the other’s mouth and we kissed as the elevator rose and chimed and we kissed when the elevator doors opened and we kissed as we found the door to his room and we kissed as he fumbled with his keycard and we kissed the door open and kissed our way inside and kissed onto the bed.
