Hakaku's POV
The hole in my heart was as deep as bottomless pit ached with a hollow pain that seemed to be never-ending rendered me incapable of movement as I watched the small village that once housed my clan burn to ashes. I could hardly bring myself to care that someone is watching me nor could I care to realize that awakened my clan's long-lost kekkei genkai the Seji No Chie, the kekkei genkai was thought to be lost in the sands of time deals with nature chakra (allows the person to have the natural ability to absorb nature energy unknowingly and as well as actively. The Kekkei Genkai does not allow one sleep as nature chakra is active at all times and so the person who activates the ability will be an insomniacs permanently and intergrated with nature on a deeper level than the Senju Clan was, the only way for the kekkei genkai user to rest was deep mediation but it could also be dangerous as the user will not be able to feel the passage of time and wake up own their own. The kekkei genkai user will have gold colored eyes, dark colored skin, pitch black hair with golden tips and intricate hieroglyphs that mark the area around the eyes and arms to show that it's in use. The user is immune to posion, genjutsu can be resisted if it's cast by the Sharingan.)
Feeling as though my soul couldn't take anymore, I could do nothing as I watched the fire consume the home that once gave me the feeling of safety in my earlier years of life. I stayed in that position for what seemed like years before I gathered the strength to stand up and face the ninja of the leaf and prepare for the long journey that will no doubt come in my pursuit of the answer of why my clansmen were killed and how did they know the location of the village.
Minato's POV
When the Hokage summoned my team and Weasel to see about the massive discharge of chakra near the boundaries of Konoha, I was worried for my students safety and I was hoping that attack on the village was upon us now as we are nearing the end of the war. Nothing could have prepared me for the sight that awaited me, the smell of smoke and blood was thick enough to that you would keep smelling it long after it's gone. The moment we stepped into the clearing something shifted as a small boy covered in blood and ash from head to toe turned to look behind him, I will never forget the look in the childs' eyes as he looked upon us with such despair that it made my very soul ache with sorrow that a child so young could feel such anguish in his short life that it shook me to core.
Taking in the surroundings and the evidence of a fight had devastated this village and concluded that there is only one survivor in the aftermath. I could only guess at what had occured here and sadly I could say that is was a common occurence in the Second Ninja War as small villages and clans are caught in the middle of fights that steal the lives of many innocents that have nothing to do with the war.
Leveling my gaze at Weasel, I ordered him to bring the child back with us to the Hokage. I did not know that this child will become a existence that will shake the Elemental Nations.
Third POV
And so begins the start of a legend.
