Chapter 24

"Shoto Todoroki stepped out of the bounds! Atulya Uzumaki is the winner!!" Is the only Shoto heard as he stared at the back of the student who defeated him.

The one who entirely outclassed him with so sort of effort whatsoever.

He stood there slightly shaking from the lingering fear he felt during those last few seconds during the match. Even after cooling down his body with the use of ice, he's still able to feel the intense heat Atulya's flames emitted.

Going over the match that just conspired, Shoto couldn't help but feel frustrated when he recalled those taunting words.

"Does me being able to use flames like your father bother you that much? How does it feel to know that you're going to lose to them?" That what Atulya asked him in the middle of the match.

Yes it did bother him. It bothered him to such an end that he wanted nothing more than to defeat him. Wanted nothing more than to overwhelm those flames so he could prove his point. But in the end outcome is totally different from what he expected that time.

It also made him feel awful to lose against something that reminds him of his father. The man who he despise so much for seeing him as nothing but a tool and the abuse against him and his mother.

And the fact he ran away made him feel much worse. Even to the point of being ashamed himself for it.

But then again, what else he was supposed to do infront of a such powerful attack like that?

All he could do that time was to watch as the sea of flames eat his ice away. He didn't even bother to try attacking again because standing right in front of such an attack flushed away all his thoughts of ever continuing the battle out of his head.

'I underestimated his power once again and it ended up being my downfall. I should've used my left that time. Why didn't I use it?' He said inside his mind.

'I guess I still haven't ready to fully embraced my fire. There's still one thing I have left to do.' With these types of thoughts running inside his mind, he walked off the stage that now started to constructed again.

"That Atulya kid! Honestly it's to be expected that he can use fire considering on how he was able to use wood and lighting. But seeing it is still surprising."

"Of course it is, no one would expect for it to be that destructive and strong! Makes you wonder if that's the full power of the attack."

"You think so as well? I remember when he used his wood in obstacle race and easily controlled it where he could make for himself. And with here, it seems like he stopped the attack from going even further to seriously injure his opponent, he may have as well reduced the output of its power."

"If that's true then what's his limit? He doesn't look exhausted or tired anyway, so do you think he can constantly use those attacks?"

"Hahahaha...just thr thought of it makes me wonder exactly how strong he'll get as the time goes on"

All Might who's near the heroes heard what they are saying and frowned with a serious expression on his face. 'What's his limit? And if he really can use those attacks with no setbacks then we're lucky he isn't a villian and decided to be hero.' He thought as he recalled the battle that just ended.

'And there's no doubt that All for One could be watching right now. He'd definitely find an interest in young Atulya's mysterious and powerful quirk. I'm going to have to talk with Nezu about this if AFO really does want to go after the boy, then we need to protect him.'

All Might realised how serious this could get and thought of the possibilities of his arch-nemesis being interested in Atulya. If he is really watching then there's no doubt he has his eyes on him after seeing what he can do in this match.

As All Might continuosly thinking about other possibilities, the heroes are still going on and on about the Uzumaki.

"Do you think after this show of firepower Endeavour will take the boy as an intern? It will be good for him seeing they both can use fire to such degrees."

"No, he'll probably only take his son. And if I am to be honest, I think this Atulya boy will get tons of offer from other pro heroes. Coupled with his superhuman physical strength and variety of skills and ability he has. I'm sure a great deal of pro heroes will want him as their intern."

Walking away from the stage Atulya decided to go and wait in the waiting room since the final match will be starting soon.To be honest he is disappointed in Shoto for not using his fire, but he didn't let it bother him.

He is hoping that Bakugo could give him a decent fight. Remembering how the blonde called him out after the Calvary battle, he know that Bakugo is eager to defeat him and 'prove his place as No. 1' but too bad for him, that will never happen. But again he didn't get his hope too high.

Arriving at the waiting Atulya opened the door only to see his two beautiful girls are having conversations amongst themselves.

"Atulya" Nejire called out when she saw him come inside. Since Momo's back facing the door, she wasn't able to see him.

Nejire got up and run into his arms of the one's she loved so much with a big smile on her face that seem to lit up the mood in the room.

"Did you ditch Mirio and Tamaki again?" Atulya questioned her as he wrapped his right arm around her waist and sit down on big chair while gesturing Momo to sit next to him as well to take her place in his left.

"Yes, I wanted to come and see you. You should have seen the look on their face when you used your last move." Nejire said to him as while resting her head on his strong chest.

"Just like how shocked they were when you told them you have a boyfriend?" Momo said with an amused tone in her voice.

'Sot that's what they were talking about before I came.' Atulya thought.

"Exactly I've never told them about all of us, so their reaction wasn't so surprising. I wonder how they'll react when they will learn that I'm not your only one." Nejire said with a curious expression on her face.

"Hmm, may be they'd try to beat me up!" Atulya said jokingly to the girls.

"Oh please!"

The three lovers keeps talking with each other there until Atulya name is called for the final match. Atulya left the room after receiving tons of kiss and good lucks from his girls.

"I'm getting goosebumps! We get to see another fight between two extremely strong students!" Kirishima spoke up with a huge grin plastered on his face.

"Yeah, wo do you think will win this match?" Ochako, the brown haired girl questioned her fellow classmates. When they heard her question, most of them look at her weirdly.

"I think we already know what the result of this match will be Uraraka." Tsuyu said to her with the students who heard her agreeing.

"Exactly! Did you see that last move! It was amazing!!" Denki yelled out loudly.

"Denki! Everyone here saw it. The sea of fires that consumed Todoroki's ice."Tokoyami said to the yellow haired boy.

"I think it's okay to say that he's strongest in the class, right?" Mina said with others nodding at agreement. Before they considered Atulya as one of the strongest but now there is no doubt that he is in the top.

As the students continue to talk amongst themselves. Ochako noticed that Izuku is looking down. So she decided to ask him what's wrong with him.

"Izuku? Why are you seem so down?" Ochako questioned him with a confused expression on her face.

"Eh? Well after seeing Shoto's and Atulya's fight, I couldn't help but realised how far they are compared to me and the other students. Especially Atulya." Izuku said, with Ochako understanding what exactly he meant because she's also felt like that after watching some of her classmates performing better than her but she convinced herself that she is going to train more harder after the festival rather than lost her will.

"Well then that means we're going to have to work harder from now on. Plus Ultra right?" Ochako said trying encourage her green haired friend. Seeing him lifting his head up and smile at her, she felt she did a good job in making him feel better.

"Now how do you think this match will go on Izuku?" The round faced girl questioned.

"Well Kacchan can show something unexpected but after watching the earlier match, even I think he's unable to beat Atulya." Izuku replied, saying something right for once.

Momo who got back from the waiting room heard their conversation and asked Izuku something that's always confused her ever since she got to know the green haired classmate.

"Hey Midoriya! Why did you always call Bakugo 'Kacchan'?" Momo questioned him, causing the boy to shutter on his words because of the pretty is now talking to him.

"W-well that's because I've..we've known each other since we were little kids and I've always called him. I guess it just stuck on." Izuku answered.

"Oh? So like childhood friends?!" Ochako said, getting a nod from Izuku.

Momo just nodded her head and went back to paying attention to the newly made stage where her boyfriend and Bakugo are standing on it while facing each other.

'Childhood Friends? Seems like a childhood bully to me!' Momo thought to herself.

"And for the final round of the sports festival! Atulya Uzumaki v/s Katsuki Bakugo" Midnight yelled as her eyes completely fixated on Atulya, she keeps watching him while licking her lips seductively.

"Are you two ready?!" Midnight asked, seeing their nods. She yelled!!

"Start!"

Before Atulya could move Bakugo rushed towards him while shooting a huge blast, he didn't want to get too close to him because he know how Atulya is formidable in hand to hand combat.

Atulya swiftly dodged the attack that was coming his way with his incredible superhuman speed. Seeing that he still isn't attacking made Bakugo furious.

'This bastard is still looking down on me!' Bakugo thought as he stopped his attacks and stared at Atulya, who's now standing with a bored expression on his face.

"Bastard! Why aren't you attacking or using any of your elements huh? Fight back and use your full power." Bakugo yelled in frustration. Seeing how Atulya didn't respond and only raised an eyebrow. His temper rosed through the roof and he said something that he'll regret and that something touched Atulya's reverse scales.

"May be you would have fought seriously if I had just beat up that girl's of your to half dea-" He didn't get to to finish what he was saying as he felt an intense pain around his stomach and dropped down on his knees while coughing up good amounts of blood.

Atulya isn't finished as he kicked him again but this time upwards into the air.

Due to the pain he's feeling Bakugo didn't have chance to escape and not even seconds later, Atulya appeared above him and slammed his fist towards his chest sending him down with more speed.

*BOOM*

A huge crater along with smoke formed in the stage as soon Bakugo landed. Landing next to him Atulya, grabbed Bakugo hair and lift him up. He's beyond recognisable as blood covered half of his body with with his shirt and those two spheres around his hands are completely destroyed.."Listen maggot! You can insult me, hit me or even try to kill me, I'll tolerate them, but.." Bakugo opened his eyes only to see cold pairs of scarlet eyes and a shadow of strange black creature looking down at him and this made him very frightened especially those eyes of that black creature.."If you ever insults my family or loved ones then whether you're a student or teacher or even the God! I will destroy you...and this is the last warning I'm giving you, Katsuki Bakugo!" Atulya said furiously as he himself was so lost in this he didn't even notice the shadow disappearing but only five people felt something that time. Two of them noticed the shadow behind Atulya and other three only felt it.

Five of them are Momo, Nejire, Midnight, the other one, who is watching from the TV and the last one who's at hospital working. Rather than feeling scared of it, Momo and Nejire felt warm and protected from that creature when they were looking at Atulya...While Momo and Nejire understood this since they knows about Atulya's past but same couldn't be said for other three. They only felt it out of nowhere. However, One thing is sure that, what they all felt during that time is sincere feeling because even now some of that are left and the woman at the hospital unconsciously shredded some tears as how long it has been, she wanted to feel this kind feelings again.

[ 'Strings of fate' That shadow can see fate and saw that the girls fates are interlinked with him...That's why the mentioned girls felt those feeling...]

After that, Atulya throw away the 'culprit' like a trash and walked off from the stage... leaving an unconscious Bakugo lying there.

Everyone who are watching became surprised at the brutality that Atulya caused but instead of getting angry, they understood why he did it...How? Because they are audio system available to transmit what they're talking during the fight...and they heard what that blonde kid said.

"Katsuki Bakugo cannot continue! Everyone we have our winner for this year of the sports festival, he is none other than Atulya Uzumaki!!" President Mic yelled loudly which makes everyone to come out from their stupor. They cheered loudly ignoring the brutality he caused because his words made everyone in the audience happy. Well, mostly girls..Who wouldn't want to have a protective caring and powerful boyfriend..Sure they are feeling jealous of the girl who's lucky to his girlfriend hell! Even Midnight is felling the same but at the same time confused because she didn't understand why it or he, radiates those kind of feelings that time.....And that's something she won't be knowing, at least not now.
