Rick had always been a healthy, active man. He jogged every morning, ate a balanced diet, and avoided smoking and excessive drinking. But one day, he noticed a strange lump on his neck. At first, he thought it was just a swollen gland, but it didn't go away. He went to see his doctor, who ordered a battery of tests.

The results were devastating. Rick had cancer - a rare and aggressive form that had already spread to his lymph nodes. The doctors gave him a grim prognosis - he had a few months left to live, at best. Rick was devastated. He had always thought he had more time, more life to live. Now, he had to face his own mortality.
