I HATE YOU

Feeling uncomfortable by the maids clothes Ava took a shower and changed into the clothes Chloe had brought for her before taking a walk outside. While walking and singing, she met Alpha Kellan and greeted him with a bow before trying to walk away.

With a smirk on his face, Alpha Kellan said, "Your voice isn't good, so why bother singing?" Ava looked at him feeling embarrassed and ran away. He smiled at her as she fled. He was just joking, but she took it seriously. In fact, He thought her voice was wonderful. Ava ran to her room and found it hard to sleep due to her embarrassment.

She finally fell asleep. The next morning, she got up, took a bath, and came out. She was surprised to find no one else awake yet, so she decided to make breakfast. Her breakfast was placed in the dining room after she had completed it. The servant greeted Ava respectfully, "Good morning, Ava," Ava responded with "Thank you."

The servant exclaimed, "Wow, who prepared this?" Ava replied, "I did." The servant asked, "Why did you make the food?" Ava answered, "I wanted to." The servant expressed her fear, "The Alpha will punish me if he finds out."

You don't need to tell Alpha Kellan that I was the one that cooked." Ava reassured, After that, the servant calmed down.

A few minutes later, Alpha Kellan walked into the dining room and sat down.

Ava replied, "Sure, thank you." And took out a chair and sat down.

Ava has never eaten with her family or sat in the dining room before; she always ate in the kitchen or her room.

So this offer made her feel touched.

As they continued eating Alpha Kellan pursed and called the servant

Alpha Kellan said to the servant, "Your pay will be added this month because I loved the food."

The servant quickly interjected, "Ava prepared it."

Alpha Kellan, angered by this, responded by smashing the tea cup and asking, "Why did you allow another person to cook my food?"

He then declared, "You will be severely punished by receiving 100 flogs and you won't be paid this month".

Ava attempted to reason with him, saying, "It's not her fault. I just wanted to help out."

Alpha Kellan, looking at her angrily, told her, "Get out."

Ava refused, stating, "I will take the 100 flogs for her."

Alpha Kellan called the guards

Alpha Kellan said to the guards, "Give Ava 100 flogs."

The guards were surprised. Just last night, Alpha Kellan had given them instructions not to hurt her or deprive her of anything, and now he was asking them to flog her.

But they did not dare question him. They dragged Ava out as she watched, helpless against Alpha Kellan's command.

They took her out and started flogging her. With each stroke, Ava's voice was heard in pain.

The servant she saved stood at the side, watching her and crying too. The scene was too gruesome to witness.

After they were done flogging her, the servant ran to Ava, who was lying almost unconscious, and tried to take her to the doctor. However, she was stopped by the guards.

The servant pleaded, "Please, let me take her to the doctor. She's badly hurt."

But the guards replied sternly, "The Alpha ordered us not to let anyone take her. She stays here until midnight without food. Disobeying him means death."

Hearing this, the servant retreated with tears in her eyes, feeling helpless and heartbroken for Ava.

The clouds began to show signs of rain falling, and after three hours of Ava staying outside, it finally began to rain. The rain splashed into her wounds as she sobbed in pain, her suffering only intensifying with each drop.

Alpha Kellan stood inside his office, watching Ava outside, feeling the urge to go and carry her inside. However, he resisted. He wanted Ava to hate him, which is why he was subjecting her to all this punishment. He feared that if she comes close to him, he might end up becoming weak and that is something he wouldn't want.

His heart broke in pain at the sight of his mate suffering, knowing that he was the cause of it but feeling powerless to stop it.

He walked back to his chair, attempting to divert his attention somewhere else, but he couldn't. His thoughts kept returning to Ava outside, suffering in the rain because of his actions.

Suddenly someone barged into his office without knocking startling Alpha Kellan.

Chloe shouted, "How could you do this? You're heartless! How can you cause your own mate to suffer like this and just watch her in pain?"

Chloe's voice trembled with anger and disappointment as she uttered, "I never knew I had such a wicked brother. I hate you."

Ignoring her, Kellan remained silent, his emotions turmoil within him.

He remained silent, his gaze fixed on a point in the distance, unable to find the words to respond to his sister's accusations.

Chloe's plea pierced through Kellan's head, prompting him to finally speak in anger. "Don't you dare question my order Chloe Darkclaws, you might be my sister but I won't hesitate to punish you if you question the order of your Alpha".

"Brother no matter what you say I won't listen to you today I can't just watch my sister in-law suffering and remain still" Chloe said with tears flowing from her eyes and walked out.

"Derrick go and make sure miss Chloe doesn't do anything silly and luck her up in her room she's not allowed to come out untill I say so" Alpha Kellan orderd his beta.
