I would have to say that magic itself does not have a positive/negative charge as it is more of something that responds to the will of a living being, circuit, or even just the universe itself (i.e. floating islands).
as for the type of forms being inconsistent There's not a lot I can say as many authors have vastly different ideas on how it functions, but one of my personal favourites is from I Said Make My Abilities Average where it is just nanomachines in the atmosphere responding to the will of users by reading brainwaves (how they actually perform the magic idk). In circuits I would assume that there is some indicator that would determine flow of magic or it could also be that as long as the circuit is functional it doesn't really matter which direction magic "flows' ' so long as there is mana in the circuit. It isn't a perfect case, but something like the language used by the aliens in the movie arrival may be a good reference as it doesn't matter being read forwards or backwards. Also magic is probably more of existence that travels differently than waves or photons as evidenced in space/time magic where the energy needed would have to be present in places otherwise impossible to have reached.
Finally, runes are probably a lot like magic circuits. I couldn't tell you really why they would have the effects they do, but it could be similar to putting light through a prism. there could be non-attribute magic (white light) that when put through the rune (prism) it scatters it. In addition it could be like a polarised lens of sunglasses or monitors that only let light of a certain direction through or even a filter that prevents all but a certain wavelength of light through.
These are a few theories that I correctly have that I lack experience in all this. After all, no matter how much I read about magic or divinity I still come from a scientific world..
Yes I am well aware that many scientific worlds include magic with them such as the To Aru multiverse which explains.
Magic is a supernatural phenomena that cannot be explained or analyzed via any sort of scientific means and reasoning. In the Toaru Majutsu no Index universe, magic is a complex system of arts, disciplines, and traditions that are firmly grounded in laws and knowledge that are wholly unknown and beyond the grasp of human sciences, which sought to manipulate and distort certain aspects of reality.
Or the Type Moon multiverse where all 5 true magics are based on scientific laws then they define those laws..
Now in all this the biggest point is can I reverse change electricity into Mana.
What I do know is electricity and mana are compatible with each other,
I can swiftly increase my mana by converting electricity to mana using magic.
The electric bill would be high, but the problem
is solved with a self-sufficient pas- sive house that is capable of supplying its own electricity.
'Wonder if I can just sell these in the shop?'
It would be rather convenient if the shop took the magic cores at face value like the junk items. Thinking about the shop, I put away the bags. I realized the one other progress he had made today.

My current gold was 150 thousand. It was far too low to purchase anything that appeared to be useful, but there was no need to rush. I had plenty of time.
'So as long as I gather the gold, I can buy all of this and not just myself but also for shadows also after all if they are powerful then I am more powerful…
I hummed as I continued to browse through the list of items. And I found a few good items such as Inventory ring.
It would be pretty useful when I had my own guild and using these the hunters will be able to make strong monster corps for me to use later. It would be pretty with it.
So I had obtained one more reason to enter an Instant Dungeon.
I already started to do the daily quest in double the amount, which now grants me either cursed Random Box Or Bless Random Box.
I was already anticipating the reward from tomorrow's Bless Random Box.

It had been 3 days since Jinwoo had returned from the C-rank Gate. Having come home early on a Saturday, Jinah smelled something delicious and quickly threw off her shoes.

"No it's something I won't be explained to you"
"And why is that Oppa? And what's the occasion? Did something good happen to my cheapskate oppa?"
"Hey, hey, now. Go put your bags away, you're being too impatient."
"Ha! I'm good, the bag's not that heavy. And how can see when you're eyes are closed"
This was the same girl who complained about the extra weight of an umbrella in her bag. Even as he clicked his tongue, Jinwoo struggled to hide the smile on his face while still focusing on Mana that encircled him.
"Did something good happen?"
"Of course! Didn't tell you our lives are changing." Said Jinwoo while pointing at a bankbook that was on the same table.
In a hurry Jinah picked up and her eyes were wide open.
The numbers in his bankbook had increased from just 8000 thousand to a whopping 1.9 billion and 300 thousand. The 1.7 billion was the income from selling the magic cores, and remaining came from his journey of two dungeons.
One billion nine hundred million won!
This was the incredible amount he had mostly obtained from a single Raid. He had diligently worked at many jobs in the past, but this was the first time he truly felt like he did something. After all, great wealth was associated with being a Hunter, The face of the magic core exchange staff still remained fresh in his mind as he didn't use all the remaining crystal after he felt they weren't giving him enough mana for their price.
"You, you gathered all of this on your own?"
"Yeah, I managed it somehow."

The taxes on the sale took a bulk amount.

"Is there a reason why Guilds get a much better rate?"
"Well unlike a private party, a Guild cannot ignore a mobilization order."
Now that he thought about it, he recalled that even the great Baekho Guild was pulled into assistance by the Association during the Double Dungeon incident. Because of the many benefits and leniencies they were allowed, Guilds would comply with the orders from the government and the Association and military. This made Jinwoo stop and think for a second.
But he quickly waved away the thoughts as he was focused on gaining the skill. Maintaining the mana breathing state so he could gain the skill.
As his sister had guessed, the chicken and beer to celebrate the large windfall.
"This wasn't only thing for celebration," said Jinwoo…
"There is more," asked Jinah in anticipation.
"Yes we soon be shifting"
"To where"
"A new place for our own new home construction will be completed in a month," Said Jinwoo, shocking Jinah again.
"When this happened and Why didn't before Oppa"
"I was busy dealing with the contractors and the dungeons and my training."
"Oo really how was the plan"
"You will know when you see it"
"Not fair oppa but anyway thank you for the food~"
Jinah who was coyly reaching for a can of beer felt something hit her forehead flicking it.
thwack!
"Ow! Ouch ouch ouch what was that!" said Jinah while her forehead now had a small red spot.
"Don't be such a baby, it was some compressed air. This is for you."
A can of cola floats in front of her.
"Ooo Hiiing… I was just kidding… How are you doing this Oppa? '' Asked Jinah with wide eyes as to what was happening in front of her.
As Jinah stopped rubbed the red spot on her forehead,
"Magic, do you want to see something cool?" Asked Jinwoo with excitement in his voice while still keeping his eyes closed.
"Ha! What are you taking when my oppa started to do cool th…" Jinah wasn't able to complete her sentence because what phenomena was metrilizing in front of her.
As a ball of water a ball of fire a ball of lightning and earth was floating in front of her and they were changing its shapes from a wall to an arrow to interchanging in between two elements like ball of water freezing then creating an ice arrow to fire melting the ice ball and creating vapour then that vapour mixing with earth and changing into mud from earth spikes…
And after changing into a few shapes the elements just dissolve into nothingness.
'What just happened' was the question in the mind of Jinah. As she was rubbing her eyes to see what she just watched was real.
"Wh- what was that Oppa?" Mutter Jinnah is in shock...
"As I told you before Magic," said Jinwoo with a grin on his face as he was satisfied by the response of Jinnah.
In the next few seconds Jinah asked many questions but all of them were ignored by Jinwoo who seemed to be lost in his mental state.
And seeing him not answering her she also picked up the tv remote and played the news.

I was practicing mana breathing. For the Pegasus and dragons who can live for thousands of years, the mana breathing skill comes as easy as easy breathing. They have superior physiques and mana affinity, it was not an easy skill to acquire. Since their mana capacity is equally high too, they have a hard time absorbing enough mana to replenish it. But since they have a high life span, they would eventually master it regardless.
The skill, of mana breathing was practiced among the superior warrior races like the Pegasus, dragons, and other beast races, it was a mandatory skill that was taught from a very young age. So, when they finish their training, they will also master this skill.
Though what they know is a tiny drop in the vast ocean, they astonishingly learned the skill faster than other superior races. It was because of humans' weak physique and lower mana pool. Even though they could learn this skill easily compared to the other beast races, they easily die from using this skill by intoxicating themselves. Their poor grasp of the concept of the skill contributed to it.
But I was different with the system. It did not affect me plus I was learning the skill while on the islet utilizing the potent mana around.
I had made tremendous progress in these three days. With me doing nothing but magic petition researching and giving the contract for the construction of a new house.

Holy moly, amazingly, just a single skill game gave me more than anything before this skill.
I mean a permanent increase in all my stat by 3 points. I can understand why it happened after all blood circulation is what gives every species a better stat. I mean a whole anime is based on different styles of breathing techniques. And with that, they fight demons who far surpass human stats by a wide margin.
Especially at level 5 will grant me total mana breathing sounds like it's removing my need to breathe oxygen and replacing it with pure mana.
So I can survive without oxygen.
And this gets confirmed upon max my blood will replace with Mana. It sounds like some kind of Divine Shit.. and does it means I will become like an Anodite from Ben 10. Just blood vise but still it sounds great.
