chapter 2 Awakening

Sam picked up the syringe with the black liquid in it and inverted it into his body .when the syringe was finally emptied in his body he fainted after a day or, so he got up from his deep sleep with a bad migraine, he could feel a little different .

Sam looks around while holding his head and saw the shadow on the ground that was formed from a table .he lifted his hand and willed the shadow to move it felt so natural to him and the next thing that happened proved every point that was written in the letter the shadow stood up and when he touched it he felt there was no difference from the real thing Sam tried to change its shape he felt a massive pain coming to his head, but he was finally able to change the shape .

'That old man did not lie in the letter, it's actually true ' he thought as he excitedly reached out for the other syringe, and then inserted it .

And had a good sleep.

When he was up again he could feel a massive change in his body it felt like it had gone through a massive upgrade .

He brought his hand in front of his face, and then he channeled the energy he felt in his body . A bright small globe was formed on his finger he played with it for a while and noticed that it did not have any distinctive power .soon he got bored of it and tried to inspect other aspects of his body .

He did some push-ups and weight lifting .after a long time he finally concluded that all the physical aspects of his body had been improved they were twice as powerful that before, and he could even feel his thoughts get more clear.

Time flue by 3 years passed by and Sam made a routine for himself after buying a small abandoned factory for a cheap rate outside the city of Los Angeles

he wishes to use this as his future base .

He started training in various forms of martial arts and fighting skills which he had not learnt while also studying and exploring the world of science .other than that he also tried to use his powers and find exactly how he could travel to other worlds.

And during this process, he found out that he could travel through shadow, and after the upgrade of the body it has become easy to manipulate them to create his own clone .

Then give it more details with the other energy power which can take 1000s of forms. By combining these he was able to make clone with 30% of his power and everything else remains the same.

Another month passed and finally he figured how he could travel to other world .the hint his dad had given him proved out to be very useful .the letter had already told him that the energy power could be used to travel to other worlds, so he tried to converge all the energy he had in his body in a small ball and let it float away from his hands when .a shattering sound was heard and a portal which looked like it was surrounded by broken glass opened .

'This it the path that will open my door to the other world 'thought Sam as he excitedly walked towards a bag he had prepared in advance for this day .

Sam walked towards the portal and put his hand in the air trying to enter it and soon he vanished from the place he was at.

(flash)

a bright light flashed in a dark alley for a second, and then dimmed down .a man could be seen lying down in the alley .he was panting and trying to get as much oxygen as he could .

He opened a box with number 3 written on it

while supporting his back with the wall.

A bright silver watch without any numbers but just plain glass was sitting inside the box .

the watch made a clicking sound and a blue 3D projection came out of it .

[Congratulations on your first jump .I know you may be feeling the exhaustion of the jump but it will pass.now let me tell you some ground rules . These worlds are as real as the one which we live in so do not treat it differently .and you may already notice that there is increase in your power ,that's because of the law of this world they suppress you less that the one in our world .each jump for me had thought me a lesson let's see if you learn something .the watch will glow when your near the piece of the puzzle .]

"Come on old man you talk too much " shouted the man as he got up and walked out of the alley.this man is none other than Sam .

5 days passed

Sam finally figured out which world he was in .

he was able to do this because he found a familiar person Dr Ericsson a.

For three days Sam tried to find out which world he was in .he was living in an hotel and the money for it well stealing with his power was like a walk in the park for him. currently, there was no internet, so he had to do it the old way he went to a library nearby and looked at the history of this world .at one point he even though that there he had just travelled back in time in place of going to a different world but while in the library he saw and old man walking inside and entering the staff room.

Sam has been coming every day as he knows that the old man is doctor Erskine.he wore the same brown coat that he wore in the movie and those circular framed glasses . The year right now was 1941 two years before the real plot starts and Sam had a feeling that the piece will be somewhere in the movies plot. and to be a part of it he had to get Erskine's help.

Today Sam was at the library again he was trying to think of a way to make the old man notice him. He was in deep thought and was holding a book on human body and it's genes .

"is that book interesting ".

Sam was brought out of his thoughts by a voice .
