'She is a quick learner.' I admit as I gaze at the progress bar, 6/10% hovering on it. 'This speed is unprecedented, being over 5 times faster than Winter's. But she seemed to already have trained a little with the whip before, perhaps having used a whip previously helped her training speed increase…'

But the a sigh escapes my throat, 'But perhaps I should've told her about the window beforehand….her scream had gotten the attention of every guard on our side of the castle.' I remember every detail due to the event happening 2 days ago. I had to calm her flustered self down and explain what was happening, warning her to keep quiet about it.

'Anyway, today is the day of the battle, and I must leave to decimate the battlefield. It gets my blood boiling just thinking about it!' I think as I imagine the amount I will go up for my mission.

'Hmmm, I should be able to kill at least 50,000 soldiers in this fight judging by this kingdom's size.' I estimate since there isn't any defined answer till it's been done. But just imagining how much closer I can get to my goal of 1,000,000 million battles…it riles me up!

I snap out of my thoughts as I hear a voice to my side, "Are we done training already?"

I look over to see Soca in a purple T-shirt and a black set of tight fitting shorts, outlining her figure nicely. In her hand is the whip, it's deadly edges glowing in the darkness. I am about to say no when I pause for a few seconds, thinking it over. After a moment, I eventually nod my head, "Yeah, we're done for today."

The bar disappears from my vision as I flex my hand, the whip I was holding liquefying into darkness before sinking into my shadow. 'I have to get her the familiar that I planned a while ago. I haven't found anything yet since nothing is strong enough…perhaps killing the strongest creature within a 500 mile radius wasn't the best idea.'

She nods as a small look of sadness encroaches on her face, "I'm disappointed that this may be one of the last times I see you, will we ever meet again?" She asks as she holds out the whip, preparing to hand it back.

I grab it as I wave my hand, storing it in the little room I can make inside one of my rings. She looks up at me as her face blushes, "Can we hang out for the rest of today? I want to spend the time you have left here hanging out with-"

I shake my head, interrupting her mid-sentence, "I need to search around for something so I cannot, I'm sorry."

She looks away as her voice fills with anger, "Fine then, I was only asking to be nice anyway!" Moments later, she stomps off, Emily following behind her. Emily has been talking with Sky lately and I have been perfectly fine with that, but she has grown distant from me in the process, which I am fine with. We weren't close to begin with.

'Alright, time to start looking.' I think as my legs tense, moments later, I launch into the air, the entire kingdom beneath me as I seemingly float. As I look around, I see a bunch of guards gathered in a single area, which peaks my curiosity, but when I reach the area, it turns out it is just some pillars trying to invade. I had waited for a few moments, hoping to spot an Alpha Pillar. But I sadly saw none as the pillars were defeated.

As I begin to walk towards one of the exits to the surface, I enter a bazaar type area. I figured that I could search around on the surface and come back if there are no creatures worth forging a pact with.

Tents and stalls line the path as people walk around, buying all types of clothes and jewelry. But as I leaving, a certain tent catches my eye, a blue one standing straight upward. It's unusual in design compared to all the others, but people walk past it as if it isn't even there.

My eyes go wide as I gaze in shock, my legs slowly taking me towards it, 'No way…can it be?'

My hand grabs the draped cloth as I slowly push it to the side, entering to see a small Kobald sitting me hind the counter, his legs kicked up as he reads from a book.

As I enter, he glances at me before doing a double take and swiftly putting away the book, "Well, well, well, long time no see, how long has it been? 5 years?"

My jaw drops before quickly turning serious, "How are you here? Your not just in another realm, but in a remote kingdom as well. How did you get here?"

A wry smile forms across his face as he cheekily responds, "A merchant never reveals his secrets…unless it's for a price."

I calmly gaze at him as I ask, "You a demon or something?"

He laughs at my question, "No, I'm a kobald. So are you gonna buy something or get out?"

His face turns serious at the second half, throwing me off guard. I shake my head as I look around, noticing that his stock has grown substantially within the last 5 years. I walk towards a shelf as I see racks of eggs, all different sizes and shapes.

He suddenly pipes up as if he forgot something, "Oh! How did that last egg I sell you go?"

I glance at him before back at the rack, "Amazing, she hatched into a Mocouger."

His face scrunches up a bit as he looks away, rubbing his chin, "Mocougar…mocouger…..let me get my book out."

He reaches beneath the table before pulling out a massive book, almost as big as him. He flips through the pages at a high speed before suddenly stopping at one. A moment later, an aha look appears on his face as he stuffs the book away, "Ah yes, a Mocougar! They are rare fellas so treat her nicely."

I nod as I hold out my hand, using Identify on each egg as a description pops up for each one. But I suddenly stop at one, green and black scales cover its surface as I read the description, shock coming over me for a moment.
