Crossing the Mountains part 2

"Let's go, everyone now."

Some were still yawning while others are stretching their limbs. But after Erin said that, they all agreed with either yeah, yep, or nod.

They followed Erin as she started walking now. They all have some metal sticks that were used by hikers when they hiked. The men carried out all their items on their backs. A rope was tied on their waist so that if anyone might slip, they would not completely fall.

The first journey on the mountain was rather smooth since the path was still big. But as they got higher and higher. Everything started to get steeper.

The wind too was now blowing a bit hard. That was why they were being extremely careful now. They continued their hike completely closed to the side of the mountain that was away from the cliff. Some parts due to having some snow was also a bit slippery. Extra Caution almost needed to greatly exercise.
