Dee, I am Coming in.

Inside the penthouse, Jake and Dee have arrived from saving the world. Dee excuses herself to use the washroom leaving Jake by himself in the sitting room.

'Why is she acting like this, I thought all she had to say is 'yes' all of a sudden and let me inside, I thought he wanted me to like her how she liked me, the way she looked at our pictures and smiled or has she changed her mind about this? But what do you girls want?' He was battling with himself when he felt Dee was not giving him a response on what she wanted exactly.

On their way back, Jake let Dee rest a bit because she looked tired and didn't want to disturb her. He had failed to talk about the pictures that he discovered after Dominic told him that the pictures Fern was having were all fake and photoshopped because the man who was taking the pictures didn't have a rough idea of what to give after he had deleted the original pictures from his camera when he got his payment to spy on Dee.

"Don't tell her now, just chill and let her rest," Dominic had told him and He nodded agreeing with him.

He didn't know when he will tell her about the pictures, those were personal things to her and he needed to know that her beautiful body was captured somewhere and might be a problem. He watched as he slept, snoring silently he smiled the way she was smiling beautifully in her sleep like she had seen something nice. He didn't forget to capture that moment on his phone, a day will come when they will be important.

They had given Fern some money and warned her about being cheeky or threatening her sister about money again. Dee had asked Jake to forgive her, he did though it took a lot of persuasions because he wanted to sell her to the deserts of the middle Sahara. He couldn't, she was still Dee's sister. He wanted to believe Dee that her sister will one day change her behaviours and be a good person but his instinct was telling her something else.

When they took a lift to the penthouse, he was determined to talk to Dee about his feelings, what he has been bottling up. Though he was not sure how to do it, his brain still urged him to do it.

Dee walked in and excused herself and walked into the washroom leaving Jake standing alone in the middle of the room.

'I can't do this, I can't meet his demand, I can't be that woman you know. Tell me what are the rich people's expectations, to walk with them to the dinners, business meeting if it's necessary, to look good because paparazzi are always looming around, blah, blah, blah and the list how's on. The only thing I know how to do is sit down, get into business, well I started that because I am now the boss but before all this shit happened, I would wake up, look at social media, admire celebrities, zoom their pictures, free a little jealous of their dates, read novels and fall In love with them. That was the routine. Things have changed but not me, I am still Diana King, the fatso of high school, the lazy brat and the unwanted child of my mother,' she lamented looking at her figure in the bathroom window.

"Are you okay? Cause you don't look okay," her inner soul woke up. She knew if it started it's going to be worse. She was not ready for her shaming and ill words because she knew, she was not worth the love after all.

"I think I am going back now, keep your words to yourself please," begged Dee to her inner self.

"Oh no, wait, it's not like I want to break your hurt and shut your hopes, I want you to see the light at the end of the tunnel baby, why don't you accept this, it can be for the better. I mean who gives you help and saves you all day if they don't love you?" Dee watched herself as she smiled at her reflection.

"If feel like it will be short-lived, I mean a relationship it's a hard rock that requires people to communicate with each, share their feelings, what they want and what they don't like. Look at me, I suck at those unless it's reading, giving a bad review and spoilers then I would do that, plus I am a virgin and I don't know any sex positions, ha!"

They both laughed together. Dee knew that part was so delicate but she couldn't stop herself from thinking about it today. Maybe if they were friends with Fern she could have explained to her how it's done but they are not it leaves her hopeless on that part.

"Come on, you know I am tired and I don't want to laugh, about that part, it shouldn't bother you, you've read it in many books, fifty shades of grey," Dee was quick to stop her at that point.

"You are not going there, that was all fantasy, here we are both working and I am not preparing for an interview sweetheart," she told her.

"I know and he is Jake, not Christian Gray,"

They both went silent for a while, Diana knew that it will not be a walk in the park but is she ready? Ready to be on the paparazzi's tabloid every day, used as a meme?

"Do you think I can manage this?" She turned to face her reflection in the mirror. She tried to catwalk right and left but she couldn't figure if this is how people do.

She members when Fern went for her first modelling competition, she could practise cat walking every day to make sure she is not missing anything, but for jer, she didn't feel like this was the correct thing to do.

"No one is ready sweetheart, we take risks and let other things flow on their own and if you don't make it at least you tried, okay?" Urged her inner self.

As much as it was alarming, she knew how she will be compared to other models who are supposed to be near Jake and the polls will be piling up she feared that things might escalate and she won't hold up.

"Are we doing this," came out as a statement than a question.

She washed and wore some of the pyjamas that she had nought after Dominic offered to take her shopping.

Jake was wondering why she is taking long in the bathroom, 'it's not like she is going anywhere,' he said and looked at his now sweaty hands.

'Why am I nervous yet she is just a normal girl?' He asked himself looking at his now sweaty hands. He had told her before that he likes her and he would love to try things out, what he feared is what she will say once she walks out of the washroom.

Tired of standing for so long, he walked to the bathroom to get her, 'maybe she slipped and fell.'

"Jake?" She shouted as she opened the glass door. She walked out of the shower to get a towel since there was no place to hang it in the bathroom. Jake had moved to check on him and the almost collided on the door but luckily Dee opened the door first before him.

Jake was left standing surprised by what she had seen, her form breast, standing on her chest tender yet so inviting, her body, he swallowed hard and his brother down there couldn't resist the urge to want her the way she was standing.

She had used her hands to cover her breast and flower but it was hard because only one breast was covered and her small hands couldn't cover them all. She ran to the bathroom closing the door behind her.

Jake was still standing there, looking at the closed door, shamelessly. He tried to look for words to say sorry but he couldn't, nothing formed in his mouth.

Dee sat in the bathtub, ashamed that Jake had seen her body, something she believed was precious and was supposed to be seen only after they are married.

"Here is the towel Dee," said Jake softly as he knocked on the door.

She looked at the door, she was afraid to walk out and face him again, 'I messed this up, I should have brought the towel with me and not walking out as if I am in my room!'

"Dee, Dee," Jake called after she failed to pick the towel. Dee was not responding.

"I coming in Dee if you don't pick the towel," he threatened jokingly.

Hearing his words, she jumped quickly and picked the toe wrapping it around his body.

"Thank you," she said and closed the door again.
