I thank you all for your power stones and I give you a riddle in return. Some try to hide, some try to cheat, but time will show, we always will meet. Try as you might, to guess my name, I promise you'll know, when you I do claim. Who am I? Enjoy the chapter as usual!)

Flashback

A month after the Tournament ended, I sat in my office contemplating if I should summon another servant. I can see no reason not to summon another, as I have the points and there is no downside. Scrolling through the store, I find the humanoid loot box and buy it. Deciding to open it immediately, I ask the system to open the loot box.

{Do you wish to open the humanoid loot box?}

'Yes.'

The giant wheel appears in front of me just as it has before. I press the spin button and hope I get someone that can help me run Ephia. The wheel starts spinning at high speed as I sit and wait for it to stop. I cross my fingers and hope for a good servant. The wheel starts to slow and come to a standstill. A bright light flashes as the wheel disappears and a figure appears before me.

A considerably handsome man with fair skin, corn-silk blonde hair that falls across the back of his neck, and cold, violet eyes stands in front of me. He is extremely tall, so tall in fact that he may not be able to fit through the door without ducking his head. He is wearing a long, royal purple tunic that is bordered with black and gold accents, and across his mid-section is a loosely fitting white belt, ending right at his kneecaps, that covers a portion of white slacks. Over the top of this is a white over-coat that possesses a stiff, black high-backed collar that shows crimson silk inside, with golden epaulettes at the shoulders.

I knew who this was but I never finished the anime he is from. This is Schneizel el Britannia the second prince of the Britannian Royal Family, as well as the Prime Minister of the Holy Britannian Empire. He is a strategist on par with Lelouch, and the only person Lelouch was unable to beat in chess as a child. Charismatic and manipulative, cunning, and ruthless, Schneizel is widely regarded as Lelouch's greatest adversary. I never finished Code Geass but I know enough to understand that Schneizel will be an invaluable servant. Especially when it comes to governing and strategy.

{Humanoid summoned servants have access to the status function of the system. Servant Schneizel has been notified. To see The status of your humanoid servants say 'status' followed by the name of the servant.}

Schneizel mutters the word 'status' and looks at the air in front of him. He must be checking his status. He then looks around the room until his eye fall on me. He immediately kneels in my direction and addressed me.

"It's truly an honor to be summoned by you, Master." Schneizel says with conviction.

"It's good to have you, Schneizel. I was hoping that I would get someone that could help me govern. I'm happy that my luck seems to be good today." I say as I motion for Schneizel to stand.

"I would be glad to help, Master."

"Good, then look over these and give me your input." I say and hand him my complete outline of what I've done and will do for the Duchy.

While he's reading through the papers, I open his status and give it a quick peek.

'Status'

{Status:

Mage Rank: 0

Skills/Abilities:

-Prodigious Mind

-Master Strategist

-Charisma

Inventory:}

Huh? Charisma? I understand Prodigious mind and Master Strategist, but how is Charisma a skill or ability? Whatever, I guess some things just don't make sense. While Schneizel is still reading over the papers, I browse the store to see what I unlocked after summoning him. I wasn't disappointed as I saw a long list of advanced technology from small things like calculators to Knightmare frames and battleships. Although the good stuff is extremely expensive as usual.

{9th Generation Knightmare frame Guren S.E.I.T.E.N. Eight Elements - 2,000,000 SP

Britannian Carrier-Battleship - 5,000,000 SP}

The 1st generation Knightmare frames are cheaper, but still out of my price range. I won't be buying anything too great for a while yet. What I am excited about is the computers that I see. I haven't seen or touched a computer since earth. Browsing the store I find an affordable laptop.

'System, buy the laptop.'

{Buying laptop for the system shop.}

The laptop appears in my inventory and I take it out. A slim and advanced laptop appears and I can't help but feel giddy. I open it up and try to turn it on but it doesn't work. I guess it needs to be charged. After finding an affordable solar-powered battery pack from the shop, I buy it and set it outside my window to charge. While waiting for the battery to charge, Schneizel finished reading through the papers.

"Master, for someone with very little experience in governing, you have done extremely well. There are some mistakes I can see but they are minuscule. What is a big problem is the fact that you have no officials to help you govern. You need ministers of Agriculture, Commerce, Communications, Culture, Defence, and Education. Dividing the work in a government will make your work easier and more streamlined. Think of it as you would an assembly line at a factory."

"You also need high-level officials for your army. You're building an army with brainwashed criminals and that's fine, but they have no military training nor do they know strategy. You need experienced soldiers to lead your growing army. You especially need a general or two. As it stands now your army is strong but unorganized, and an unorganized army will lose to an organized enemy. Once you have these experienced soldiers in charge, have them start training your army. The criminals need to learn how to become soldiers. Brainwashing them can only go so far. There are other things we can work on to modernize Ephia, but let's work on filling these positions first." Schneizel explains.

"Huh, I guess I haven't done as well as I thought I was doing." I say as I reflect on everything Schneizel said.

"As I've said before, you have done extremely well for someone with so little experience, Master. You should feel proud of all that you've done." Schneizel says with an air of respect.

"Thanks, Schneizel."
