33 Three is a Crowd, Four is a Party

"Hey girlfriend," A playful grin was spread across Jordan's lips as he stood leaning against the frame of my apartment door dressed in a white button-down shirt and blue denim jeans. I hadn't seen him in a causal attire like this before. He looked so... handsome. Handsomely devilish.

Maddy inched closer to my ear, "Think of the devil," she whispered.

Was I really talking about him so much that I just sort of pulled him to my apartment via some telepathic force?

'No, that's absurd,' the voice in my head reasoned.

And yes, I have a voice in my head. No, I'm not schizophrenic or something.

It's mostly just my devil brain and my angel brain at war. But right now it's just me totally confused as to why Jordan was standing on the other side of my door.

"What are you doing here?!" I scowled. "And why?"

"I came to talk," he leisurely walked inside.
