When making the chapter that would've been this one I went back and realized.
None of this makes sense.
So I've decided to scrap it to keep a somewhat tangible storyline. Meaning no chapters gonna be out today except for the non-canon draft. Sorry, but I do like to keep some standard of quality and just wasn't happy with how it turned out a confusing mess with no goal.
And no I didn't wanna rush to make a new one since that's how you get burnout, rushing yourself to make things you don't want too. I do like the story, but getting burnout from overworking myself isn't good and could make me wanna kill it.
This was gonna be called 5 Year Plan for reasons that dien't justify it. But the chapter just didnt make sense. I put what I had originally written down below for anyone who wants to read it but know its NOT canon, and I will be using the elements in it. If you skip this one because its yunno not a chapter the next one will make more sense than if you read this one. The only reason I'm putting this in if just if you want to read it.
I WILL BE USING ELEMENTS IN THIS IN THE CHAPTER TOMMOROW. IF YOU DON'T WANT SPOILERS FOR SOMETHING ACTUALLY CANON DON'T READ THIS.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
After settling the matter with Gaster he had taken it in strides. The man? The monster? I needed this cleared up. Anyway Gaster had taken my verbal beating surprisignly well. Especially when I revealed to him an interdimensional portal that he could study to stabilize his own. From what the guards in the area told me he was working diligently making different scanners and devices to examine it. If anything I believe his own failure spurred him on rather than dampen his spirit.
Alongside that subject that the Continental Hotel has been succesful in its initial operations of rooting itself into the underworld of America. Another thing discovered was that bounties placed using the Continental Hotel was placed under its expenses, and therefore paid by the system. It was discovered when a gang with the tendency to disapear after doing hit and tuns had begun to harras my agents. One other interesting tidbit was the place came with a rather special radio station. This was after all the way that the Continental Hotel advertised their bountys and wanted individuals.
In regards to the "assasins" I had now realized I had overestimated them. Although professional contract killer most of them preferred loud, conspicuous means of elimination. That may have been fine if America was underneath our thumb, but we had almost nothing in the way of govermental control. I would have bought more infiltrators for this reason if not for my incoming meeting with all the (Administrators) in regards to personnel.
Reviewing the progress made by Jordan Belfort I realised just how much money we were going to make in the next 20 years. And on another note I found out how we were making so much money. As it turns out the infiltrator in the mob has been assigning other agents, and the now contract killers, to raid rival gangs warehouses stealing their product and then forwarding it to him for sales. The system now regarded them as a (Lvl 8 Infiltrator) so I would think that they know what they're doing.
Another interesting detail is that they decided to make codenames for themselves. And in the selection for such the (Lvl 8 Infiltrator) had chosen the codename of 007. This was because they were the 7th in choosing their codenames as all the other infiltrators had done soo starting from 000. In regards to this they had gotten an interesting prompt.
(Lvl 8 Infiltrator) has evolved to,
Agent 007 and as such has gained
+(Poison Immunity)
+(Weapons mastery)
+(Escape Artist)
+(Plot Armour)
+(Ladykiller)
(Equitment Gained)
+(James Bonds Gadgets)
+(James Bonds Suit)
-Unbreakable
-Perfectly fitting
This when happening over the phone with the (Administrator) had "spooked them" as I quote "Their voice got more sexy". Aside from that they had reported an innate sense of mastery with weapons, being able to identify 13 ways to escape the room he was in as well as knowing what words to say to charm women. Alongside that he felt invincible unless some force from the beyond were to will him to die. Aside from their life beingheld in some what I assume to be cosmic entitys hands I wanted to assign them to something else given their increased capabilities. Unfortunately getting someone to a low but high place in the mafia is not something I could just do every week.
Aside from my infiltrator becoming what I assume was the benefits of a super spy I had a meeting to get too. Upon my arrival the (Administrator)s looked more lively although mentally exhausted. They practically vibrated in their seats as the prospect of some work relief hanged infront if their faces. Upon reaching the head of the table and sitting in my seat I had but one thing that I have held back on for this entire week to say
(Reality Bending dampened by 1,605%)
(Affected by 321 Reality Anchors)
"When am I gonna get that decice to bypass the now 321 installed reality anchors because this is just rediculous. Like I get that Reality Benders are a huge threat when I'm not around. But I would rather receive my bypass device so I can manipulate the space inside of the facility if we're attacked."
The (Administrator) in charge of our technicians and tinkerers got up from their chair stepped forward before placing a rounded golden bracelet and saying. "We haven't exactly been given any assignments to build anything else, and the factory was commisioned to do so as they finished producing the dragons breath round converters. So to increase our defenses the inventers and guards trained in technical skills have been contantly building them." The (Administrator) explained seeming annoyed at having to be questioned.
The bracelet however did its job.
(Reality Bending restored 321 Reality Anchors bypassed by Bullwark branded bracelet.
Reveling in no longer having that constraint placed upon me I proceeded with our planned meeting. "Now with that over and done with let's proceed to the actual reason we're here. Let's see those requests for personnel." Now after saying that I expected maybe 8 papers detailing what personnel they wanted I was not expecting all of them to bring out a stack of at least 20 pieces of paper EACH. Seeing this I said, "you do know I have a limit in who to summon right. I could maybe get enough personnel for 3,000 personnel at a minimun." My information stopped them in their tracks as they then looked at the stack of paper they each brought in. I could sense dissapointment, embarrassment and finally stupidity as they realized how I wouldn't be able to get the personnel for even one of their stacks of paper.
"Now with that out of the way I want you to do the exact same but this time compact everything to 1 page at most 2. I don't want your reasoning on it as that's what meetings are for. I will be back in 2 hours I expect this to be finished by then." After my parting words I got up and left.
What I was going to do was visit Jody, or more specifically see how my spectral army was doing. I didn't think they could actually die as I hadn't felt my connection with any of them break so they most likely just reformed after a while. Which would be perfect as unlike the Timekeepers seemingly subpar training I had a plan. Upon using the Way to appear ontop of the statue of myself I noticed a walkeay from the top of it to the bottom. How considerate unfortunately for the guards at the base of it I wasn't here to waste time and just jumped down infront of them. This of course startled them, more surprised it didn't do more, till they regained their composure and imediately said. "Welcome surpreme one I shall go inform your chosen of your arr- there will be no need as I am only stopping by." I interrupted them before walking off to a courtyard.
Upon making my way there I found myself infront of a training session. At least their time spent here wasn't wasted was my current thought. Another thing I noticed was the previously, for lack of better words, stupid people who arrived with sticks with sharpebed stones ontop where now using semi automatic weaponry. There were warriors practicing what looked like basic maintenance as the more flashy and reflective personnel were teaching those in rags. Putting down to get standardized protective equitment or at least a unifrom as despite the training to bring everyone up to a specific standard they still looked like irregulars.
The first to notice my arrival was the hulking man in a technologically advanced suit. Noticing my presence he yelled "The Emperors Angel has arrived
That's it I honestly didn't like how I used the Space Marine as they should have more of a purpose. Also elements of this chapter will be used in the one tommorow so don't be so surprised if say "James Bond" shows up.
