The Cig Fiend and The Ghoul

Schaffe and the Woman were on their way to Albany.

"so where you heading?" asked Schaffe.

"out of New York." said The Woman.

"man I heard that one a lot back before I was frozen when taxes were still a thing," said Schaffe with a chuckle.

"wait you're a vault dweller?" asked The Woman.

"yeah but being frozen for hundreds of years if anything I was a popsicle." said Schaffe. "anyway got a name?" he asked. she stood there quietly for a moment.

"It's Jess." said The Woman.

"Jess huh? well the name is Schaffe I am known around here if you need work I could hook you up," said Schaffe.

"wait you're not Schaffe Deathclaw are you?" asked Jess.

"yeah that me I got that nickname is because I have a farm of monsters," said Schaffe.

"you said you can get me to work a few caps be nice to have on my the state," said Jess.

"you could do a few jobs for me and my crew we even have room and board if you are interested," said Schaffe.

"how much?" asked Jess.

"it be free if only for a little bit," said Schaffe.

"alright but you're being nice to strangers," said Jess.

"yeah but my folks ain't around here anymore to tell me it's a bad thing," said Schaffe.

They would stop in front of a metal door near the Mvp Arena's garage. Schaffe then gets a device out of his pocket that looks like a phone.

"Hey, it's me. Hope you're not too high in there," said Schaffe.

"Nah man I open it right now." said The voice on the device. They see the door open up and drive right in.

Schaffe gets out of the car. There was a man who wore a dark green mechanic jumpsuit and brown boots he wore this green tucker hat that said Vault-tec Auto over his brown scraggly hair, forest green eyes, and pale skin. He smells the scent of oil, Marijuana, and Cigarettes.

"yo boss what up." said The Man. Schaffe then holds up two fingers on his right hand.

"how many?" asked Schaffe. The man looks and tries to focus on his right hand.

"ah, four? no five." said The Man confidently.

"Nah bud you are high as fuck right now I only have two up," said Schaffe.

"what for real dang." said The Man who puts a cigarette in his mouth backward.

"other way bud," said Schaffe. The man changes the cigarette to the right way and lights it.

"Thanks, pal." said The Man. Jess looks at them with huh expression because she was confused.

"oh by the way this is Jess she needs work so she can join us for a few jobs," said Schaffe. The Man looks at her.

"The Name is Ian Smokeroach and cigarettes and cars are my game." said The Man.

"nice to meet you," said Jess.

"you as well now I feel tired so I go take a nap," said Ian. He then goes to a nearby hammock and lays down in it.

"He's a special one isn't he," said Jess.

"you have no idea," said Schaffe.

They then head out of the garage and head to the MVP Arena entrance and head into a store.

"This is our store where we sell weapons, armor, and other things," said Schaffe.

"so why pick this huge arena for this," said Jess.

"ah at the time we thought with all the room it is perfect but it might be too big for the original Idea I had," said Schaffe.

"I see," said Jess. They then see a man come from the front door he had burnt-up-looking skin and all-black eyes he wore blue jeans and a white shirt with a leather black biker jacket on top of a ghoul.

"well look what we got here," said Schaffe.

"welcome back fuck face." said The Ghoul.

"oh Jess this is Alan he's our local ghoul..." said Schaffe. Alan then goes past them.

"he, not a bigger talker is he?" asked Jess.

"Nah he a ghoul with a big heart and a big mouth," said Schaffe.

Schaffe then brings her across the street to the building where they have an apartment complex above.

"alright, this is where we live. pick anyone without a name on it," said Schaffe. She looks at the hallway where she one not next to anyone and goes to it.

"this one I'll take," said Jess.

"alright I'll go back to the store you can rest up for the day if we don't have a job we can see if you can work the store," said Schaffe.

"fine with me," said Jess. Schaffe leaves. Jess then enters the apartment.

Jess then looks and sees the apartment blinds in the windows were closed. She then takes off her jacket revealing her silver hair tied in a bun behind and takes her sunglasses off showing her golden color eyes.

"damn that was close today," said Jess.
