Ok, I'm extremely unsure how this is gonna go. This is something I've written in the past and is one of my first times showing to the public just now. Despite the cringe storyline and multiple Sonic references (credit to Sega), I'm willing to take risks and go all out.
Redemption Force, Ice Warriors and Pirates: great enemies of DCP led by resident evil leaders who have tried countless times to take down one of the greatest armies to stand but have exceedingly failed to defeat one of their saviors known as the Guardian of Gaia: Zay the Jackal. These four armies have clashed for years but as time passed by, the more tactics and the world around them changed. It always made them wonder what it was. "Foolproof" plans that beat master tacticians in the race, hundreds upon thousands of soldiers but they all fell to one Jackal and a whole army who happen to call themselves a family. They got bigger failures at this point, causing them to scratch their heads in confusion.
But that was in the past…
Commander Radkon walked down a laboratory hidden somewhere near Summit, DCP capital as an electronic door slid shut behind him. Lines upon lines of stasis tubes with varying degrees of aimlessly floating decay, the baby blue light reflecting off of the dark and brooding leader. "DCP and Zay...How I hate them." He started as he walked straight away to a computer, depicting a pixelated shot of his new weapon. After countless experiments, hours of research and accidentally awakening Lucifer, Radkon was proud of what he accomplished today. Darkness surrounded all but the light that laid on the emotionless soldier, strolling down the halls of the secret base that DCP wasn't aware of after Redemption, Ice Warriors and Pirates all retreated to hiding. "And all of that loathing has been focused into this invincible instrument of destruction!" Radkon pointed over to one of his robotic henchmen, Orbot. He was a red robot who levitated with a half circle body and was gleefully wiping a tube with the new weapon whilst humming a tune. His other assistant, Cubot, who was familiar to Orbot but had a yellow cube head and body to levitate was typing in on a terminal. "Every defeat, every humiliation at the hedgehog's hands will be returned a thousandfold by my unstoppable creation." Radkon continued while stepping over to Cubot to rudely push him aside to view the stasis tube with the new creation he spoke about with the finalized prototype of the Phantom Ruby lying upon its black ebony chest. White stripes circled around it, matching the trace of a rib cage. It's tail was topped with points and white stiff deadlocks floated behind on its head. This was Radkon's newest accomplishment. "This is my dream come true. With this invention, I can expand the Redemption Empire alongside Ice Warriors and Pirates across the globe and conquer the world! Mwa-ha-ha!" Radkon broke into an evil cackle as Cubot hung upside down above the ceiling after being pushed about. "The boss means business this time." Orbot said to Cubot, nodding his head in agreement with a look of worry glued on his face. While Radkon cackled without end, the creation clenched its fists while staring down on his creator. The time of war was coming soon.
Meanwhile at Summit...
Zay dashed down a mountain on his personal sled which was located at the place he called home: Summit, DCP capitol. He zipped down the mountain covered in slush snow as it flew right behind him, making a pathway through the thickness. That's when he got a call from DCP headquarters from one of the leaders, 32op. "Zay, Forces from our three enemies are surging into the city. We need you here now!" He exclaimed. It puzzled our hero, who was Head General and Advisor for DCP, but he knew that no matter what the enemy brought to them, DCP stood their ground. "Hold on, 32. I'm on my way!" Zay stood up from the inflatable red ring sled that he was racing down on and stepped right off as it crashed into a tree. He was known for traveling at supersonic speeds, making him nearly impossible to stop. "I don't have time to lose, better kick things up a notch!" Zay told himself as he bursted into a supersonic sprint. Soaring above the city and waving to all the civilians, he saw a signal of help right outside of the Pizza Parlor. No matter what, the safety of the citizens of Summit and all of their cities mattered most. "Um, is it okay if I answer a distress call? Won't take long." Zay called back to headquarters. "This is Vivala to Zay, permission to answer is granted." Vivala called back. She was another major leader who stood her ground through the worst of the dust. Zay lowered himself down to the penguin calling for help, a light blue penguin wearing his uniform of a red apron with a pizza decal and a white chef hat. "Eek! Something happened during cooking and now the dough has turned into a monster!" He led Zay to the kitchen and pointed directly to the monster as he hid behind his back. "Wow, look at the size of that thing! I guess all kinds of things come up in the kitchen with a recipe for disaster. Cleaning is going to be a chore." Zay told everyone who was hiding underneath tables and behind chairs. The monster was made completely of dough and was gooey and rather sticky. It raised its giant arms up like a zombie and began stomping towards Zay. But the monster was too slow to turn around as Zay swooped around and grabbed a rolling pin. He ran up to the monster and climbed onto him. "How is this thing supposed to feed the entire town in seconds? I guess this might be a buffet for everyone!" Zay called out as everyone peeked out from their hiding and cheered on for our hero. Zay swung the rolling pin right into the face of the monster, as the dough flew across the room and into the Pizza-Tron 3000 machine as it made a fresh and hot pizza, right from the oven. "Faster than a brick oven, yes?" The penguin who asked for help said in a Italian accent. After Zay realized what it had done, a facial expression of joy broke on his face as the penguins grabbed what they could and got into the mix. They got chairs and wooden stools and smacked the monster. Zay scooped more pizza dough and threw it into the machine as it cooked out more fresh pizzas for the bellowing penguins, waiting to be served. Zay dashed all around the kitchen and threw whole pizzas to tables and attacked the monster until it was nothing but a defenseless blob of dough bouncing around. Zay picked up the blob and placed it into the machine as it coughed and pulled a bit of smoke. The mechanical hands holding the condiments did their thing and added the toppings, pizza sauce and cooked it to perfection. "I believe this is for takeout?" Zay asked the pizza parlor owner. "Yes, and it shall be free for your hard work today. Without you, I don't know what might have happened to my pizzeria. Thank you!" He praises as Zay carried the pizza in a box and zoomed right out of the doors as the new station reporters came in the nick of time. "So, it appears the hero saved the day?" Aunt Arctic asked. Zay devoured the pizza and called back to headquarters. "This is Zay the Jackal, reporting to your location, 32." He continued gleefully soaring as the air screamed behind him and the penguin civilians waved. "This must be it for Summit," Zay figured as he read a sign that said, "WELCOME TO TUNDRA" and flew on. "Better get ready for some action." As he scanned the perimeter of this DCP territory, he witnessed civilians, including 32op, one of the leaders, under heavy enemy cover by the Redemption Force and Pirates. Just as they had the hostages cornered, Zay dropped into the scene and took on the enemy. Dashing around them and knocking them down just at the nick of time. The final soldier fell in defeat and groaned, "Not again." Zay looked up to the penguins and 32op cheering for our hero. "Is everyone okay?" Zay asked. "We are now thanks to you. Kinda too close though, pal." 32 said back. The hero nodded as somebody unforgettable appeared behind the scene. The dark and brooding knight with the black cowboy hat with black and little dark red apparel showed up: Radkon. "Alright, let's finish this, Radkon!" Zay cried as he turned and pointed dead at the leader who DCP looked down on and hated for so long. "It'll be your end this time. Behold, the power of my ultimate masterpiece!" Zay dropped to the ground as his fists clenched up and pushed against the concrete he stood upon. Once he got into position of getting ready to race, he zipped up to Radkon not long before being knocked by another force. Zay got up to see who did this action and saw an unbelievable sight: Shadow. He stood not so tall and had spiky quills of red and black and hovering boots. "Shadow, it's you? Why are you helping the enemy? And what's that...aura around you?" Zay asked in confusion. He'd never seen his brother like this. The cryptic red velvet aura flashed around him, like he was being controlled...by the Phantom Ruby. "I have my own reasons to follow who I want," Shadow whispered in the dark and edgy attitude he held. "Enough talk, I don't have time for you." He continued. Then, another one dropped: the leader of Ice Warriors. "Icey?!" He wore all blue apparel: blue cap, electric guitar, cape, and CP letterman jacket. And then another, from the Pirates: Epic101. Then Freezie and Andrew24 came in and now Radkon had an army of allies to help him win. "Your allies stand no chance against us!" 32op shouted. The civilians had now fled back home in fear over the nemesis that stood upon Zay. What confused him the most was Shadow fighting for the enemy. He supported DCP for so long. Then, a sixth one came in. Radkon's newest creation had lowered down whilst levitating as the Phantom Ruby released a small mist of magenta. "Piece of cake." Zay said. Right as the fight was about to begin, Vivala and the rest of the team came. "Be careful out there!" Gingersnap warned. Zay gave a thumbs up to them and dashed towards Radkon's new weapon. But he moved right out of the way instantly. This made our hero confused. "Whoa, this guy's faster than Zay!" Rah, another member of the DCP army said. Epic came from behind and kicked Zay in the back of the head as Shadow tag teamed and shot him into the air. The creation helped and slammed Zay into a wall, cracking a new mark of where he was thrown as the concrete pieces crumbled down. "No, it's something else. We gotta check it out!" Viv suggested as 32op began examining the creation Radkon had on a terminal. Freezie attempted to get his punch in but was too slow for Zay as he grabbed his fist and did a roundhouse kick, knocking the warrior back from his failed tactic. Icey managed to sneak on Zay and threw him back to the ground, sliding. "Nice." Radkon winked to Icey, clenching his fist mid air. "Can you hurry up there, guys?!" Zay demanded as he got kicked into the air, thrown to the ground and slammed into walls even more. The creation shot lasers from the palm of its hand. "I'm trying to calculate it but these readings. They don't make any sense!" Gingersnap responded. "What are you-How are you doing that?!" Zay wanted to know as he pushed Shadow out of the way. Our hero, at this point, was losing so much fight in him that he started getting weaker and his eyelids drooped more and more. "Running out of time here!" Zay groaned as he was shot into the air one last time before Radkon's creation slammed Zay down to the ground as he groaned in pain. He attempted to get up as his hands pushed again until his arms gave up. The life drained from our hero and he fell defeated, the dirt and dust on him. "ZERO!" 32op shouted in melancholy over what he just saw. What Zay was able to view was Radkon's creation standing upon him and his laughter and joy. "Flee if you don't wanna be next!" Radkon demanded the remaining heroes as they scrambled back to headquarters.
With Zay defeated, the Redemption Force and their allies took over the world. They captured all but a few isolated spots. Most of everyone had given into despair in the following months as our heroes formed a Resistance to bring back Zay and finish their greatest war and enemy. And now, more faces began to join the struggle…
