"I'm not sick. I mean you left without eating breakfast or having even a coup of coffee and now you're shouting on top of your lungs at your employees who I'm sure didn't even had breakfast before coming," she said in a sad voice which made the young man let out a helpless sigh.

"Eermmm, about that... is just that they've been getting on my nerves recently and couldn't even close a deal I asked them to close a month ago," Renly muttered quietly.

"Is the deal really important? Do you really want this deal?" she asked looking at the employees who looks like they are on the verge of death.

"Yes it is", he answered sincerely.

"Okay. Don't fire them," she replied. " Okay fine," Renly relented after thinking about it for a while.

"Lemme see the deal," she said to the employees with a smile. A middle aged man quickly handed her a blue file with shaky hands. Zilvshun grabbed hold of the file and flipped through it for about five minutes, occasionally nodding in approval but once in a while she would shake her head in disagreement as well. After she was done she closed the file before looking at her wrist watch, checking what time it was.

"Eerrrmmm, meet me here in an hour," she said to them while she motioned for Andrew to bring her one of the lunch bags. She quickly gave it to a young lady who looks like her age mate.

"I'm sure you're all hungry and we can't work on empty stomachs, can we. Go and eat and relax for a while and then meet me, let's have a business talk," she told them with a wink.

Everyone looked at the young lady in surprise but never the less, they nodded and took the lunch bag with them before exiting the meeting room except for Andrew and Renly's female sectary.

"Let's go have breakfast," Zilvshun said grabbing his hand and pulling him out of the meeting room while Andrew and the sectary followed suit with a chuckle.

"Who's she?" the sectary asked curiously. She really wanted to know the name of the woman who just made their demon boss go all soft within seconds.

"She saved him when he try drowning himself to death because of that woman," Andrew replied with a sad smile. "But right now, their more than friends. He loves her but he's just confused about what he feels for her, after all he just walked out of a relationship," he added.

"Wow. She's beautiful and smart, I hope he finds happiness now that he has a real woman by his side," the sectary muttered.

"I hope so, Mabel. I really hope so," Andrew replied as they made it to the elevator. Andrew knows how much Renly has suffered in the hands of that woman who claimed he loved him. Andrew has always hated Maya because he knew that Maya is just with Renly because of what he has not who he is. Maya never loved Renly, she's greedy and selfish but he guess love is really blind as they say and Renly was blinded by his love for her.

Andrew was glad to see the boss with a woman who deserves him and he was happy that Zilvshun loves and cares for their boss even though she's hiding her feelings from him but he hopes she opens up her heart to Renly because they deserve each other.

After getting to Renly's office, Zilvshun insisted that Andrew and Mabel should sit and have breakfast with them which they relented to, who wouldn't like to eat a delicious breakfast prepared by their boss's woman?

After they were done with eating breakfast, Andrew and Mabel excused themselves after thanking Zilvshun for the delicious breakfast she gave them. Renly smiled as he wrapped his arms around Zilvshun's waist and pulled her into his chest with a sigh of satisfaction.

"Thanks for the breakfast. It was delicious and I love it," he said to her which made her chuckled softly.

"You're welcome," she replied resting her head on his chest. They sat there for about twenty minutes in comfortable silence.

Zilvshun went to the meeting room for the meeting she called while Renly sat behind his desk with a sigh. He picked up a file and flipped through it while in the meeting room Zilvshun sat down on the chair Renly was sitting on previously, she sighed as as went through the contract again while the employees gazed at her curiously.

"Who came up with the whole deal?" Zilvshun asked as she relaxed into the chair as a young man who has. brown curly hair raised her hands shakily while she looked at him with an unreadable expression.

"Your deal is good, very good and not so expensive which is good but there are few things you missed out on," Zilvshun said as she stood up.

"If you want to make a deal more attractive to your partner, you must first consider where the project will take place. For example if I want to close a deal with you and considering we are to construct a mall, I will have to think about what I need for the deal to be flawless and attractive," Zilvshun said as she looked at each person present in the room.

"I'm gonna go straight to the point now. I've looked at a few things about the sight the project will take place at and I know it will develop quickly, in two, three years to be exact. The land is vast and enough. The hotel shouldn't be just a hotel, it should have a mall in it, a playground would be cool because if I'm a customer who have children I would like them to enjoy their stay when we visit," she added as she flipped to the next page.

"A movie theater wouldn't be bad as well, it will attract customers. There's no hotel with such service so adding this stuffs will be good. Moving on to the next, is the water problem. Since there's no way to connect water from the city, you will have to drill the water in addition and that would also save you from paying water bills but everyone who books a room would pay for water unknowingly so that would be another profit," Zilvshun said as she flipped to another side.

"The rooftop should be designed nicely, it should be wide and able to contain hundreds of people for occasions like weddings, birthday party and so on because we don't wanna waste space for nothing right. Also every room should be soundproofed, we don't want disturbances among customers," she added as she sipped her water calmly.

"Last but not least, you should add plant to your deal for the meantime because electricity is a problem there as well," she completed flipping the folder close.

"What's your name?" she asked the young man who came up with the contract.

"I'm Paul ma'am," he replied politely.

"Okay Paul, would you like to work with me?" she asked the young man seriously. "I mean, I'm not saying you should stop working here. You will still work here but when I need you to draw me a contract, I will let you know and the payment is good, you will be a professional if this contract hits and if it does hits I will be willing to pay any amount for your service," Zilvshun said while everyone jaws dropped totally.

"How much would you pay him?" Renly's voice sounded from the door way which made everyone looked at her expectantly.

"One million for starters," Zilvshun said with a shrugged. All she heard from everyone was gasps.

"I accept your offer," Paul said gently.

"I'm glad you did, I'm going to make sure a year from now people would sort after you for drawing of contract," Zilvshun said with a wide smirk on her face.

"He's already my employee and that shouldn't change," Renly said with his own smirk.

"Yeah yeah yeah, Mr CEO but even you would have to pay huge amount when the time comes because he's special and I wonder why you never noticed him before," she replied with a chuckle.

"I've been busy," he said scratching his head sheepishly. If he knew about him he wouldn't have allowed anyone else to employ his employee.

"To late, he's my germ now and you young man should sit back and watch things unfold without interruption," she replied.

"Yeah but I'm still his first boss," Renly huffed causing the young lady to giggle.

"You can only say that to me when he becomes famous by my hands," she replied rubbing her hands together dramatically which made everyone chuckle in amusement..

"Alright folks, meeting adjourned. Paul please redraw the contract and bring it to me, I want to have a look when you're done with it. Tomorrow or the day after tomorrow," Zilvshun said as she handed the file and a book to Paul.

"That book will help you," she said with a smile.

After work, Renly and Zilvshun got home tiredly, she was a big help to him in the office today and he has planned on bringing her tomorrow as well, that way they could both spend time together..
