Chapter 166

"Speak" Ryu ordered Tobio. They were in the jeep. Tobio was driving while Ryu was comfortably sitted at the back, staring out the window with one hand under his chin.

Ever since he saw Yamaguchi Kenji's brother the other day, he had been very suspicious of the Yamaguchis and felt that they had a hidden agenda for coming to Tokyo and suddenly bringing a brother out of the blue. All his life, Ryu had only heard of Yamaguchi Kento and Yamaguchi Kenji. This new Yamaguchi member... his sudden appearance made Ryu uneasy.

Ryu was ranked number 1. The Yamaguchis were ranked number 2. He was afraid the Yamaguchis had a plan to overthrow him. But then, what could one new member do? What did they hope to achieve?

He sighed. It didn't matter anyway. He had promised Mr Igarashi that he would do everything he could to keep Igarashi Technologies at the very top and that was exactly what he would do.
